Wingstop — Restaurant in Niles Township

I ordered a 30 piece classic, 20 Louisiana rub, 10 lemon pepper, I asked for NO frys & for them to substitute my frys for vegi sticks, I even ordered an extra 5 piece classic mango habanero as well, I asked for extra seasoning NOT BUTTER & all my wings we're literally drowned in butter, I mean at least a quarter of an inch in the tubs, I didn't order frys & I'm glad cause these we're so soggy & the seasoning was almost triple the amount then what it is suppose to be, the mango sauce tasted sour like it was going bad, there was so much butter sauce that I now have to shampoo my car seat, I used to be a General Manager for wingstop for 2 years & this restaurant's GM should be completely ashamed for the service given from this place today, I'm discussed by this service & I will be letting corporate know about this whole situation. ...

Maybe you like wingstop but I think their chicken wings are like Tyson's frozen wings small and weird looking to me. Personally I think wingstop is exactly what is wrong with the U.S. today its ONE GREAT BIG marketing SCAM. If you want to learn to be a sales men just look at this place hard! They want to suck out the money from you and give you just enough to be satisfied "a money making machine". Yeah I could open up a place like this do all the tricks but I like to think of myself as not a bad guy, i rather be honest and yes if your wondering you can make money honestly it just might take longer like for me.*

Not to discredit the hard-working probably good people in there. And I'll give them this they have a large selection of sauces.

I love this location and staff...and the pricepoint for what I ordered was always fine to me. However, a year ago when we went in, the price changed and for the same order, that we order literally everytime, increased $6-7 more!

When Tim worked there, he told us it's because the wings have gotten bigger, so they also take a longer time to cook. We were FINE with that... fast forward a year later (my fiance was pregnant and once we had our son, we stopped eating out for a long time) the wing prices are still $6-7 more BUT THEY MADE THE WINGS SMALL AGAIN.
