Dairy Queen — Restaurant in Niles

It took 10 minutes to get our order but they were busy, so I wasn't super concerned about it since I wasn't in a hurry. Another guest was skipped and when she approached the counter to inquire about the delay, the cashier seemed more concerned with how this wasn't her fault than with actually caring for her guest. The manager further disappointed by simply refunding the women's money without a sincere apology. It was a missed opportunity to save a guest and in turn showed me that they aren't interested in caring...

Ordered 2 chocolate malts, one medium and one large, got served large chocolate malt and a medium marshmallow. ..said that is not right, the looked at receipt and said that is what you ordered...it was nasty..did not feel like arguing. .then the pulled pork sandwich was even nastier meat on a very small slider bun, with a dab of barbecue, bun tough and chewy...do not go to Niles dairy queen....

This place is becoming run down and unfortunately the employees there have no control over it. You will literally die of a heat stroke inside that place. They dont have no ac and they dont even open the double doors anymore to at least let som air in. We sat there 20 minutes waiting on a blizzard before they finally told us the blender was broke and had to refund our money. This place needs some...
