Eric's Ice Cream Factory — Restaurant in Noble Township

I was sitting in the Dairy Queen parking lot when I decided to give this local spot a chance. That was definitely a mistake. The girls working were nice but I ordered my food and sat down to wait for it, they brought it out and sat it on the front counter without letting me know. My food sat there for 15 minutes before someone finally told me it was mine. Next as you can see from the pictures the food was appalling. My hotdog looked like death, the bun just crumbled. The cream chicken sandwich was way too salty and had absolutely no flavor. I asked one of the girls what it was and she had no clue. The onion rings were just your standard store bought onion rings. The price of everything was way too high for the quality of the food. This is very unfortunate. Hopefully they do...

The last 4 times I've been in the food, service, and ice cream have been subpar.

I've thrown away 3 scoops of ice cream, 2 sundaes, and 1 cone in the last 8 months. Tonight's ice cream tasted like perfume. I took two bites and threw it away.

Edited for answer: I actually love your brand, which is why I went back multiple times. I did say things I've noticed to the workers. Most of the time, I get a glazed over look because their young and don't know what to do. I typically grab the food in the drive thru and leave, hence the throw away. I'm not mad about it, and as it gets better, I will change my review again. Something I've noticed consistently at the Archbold store is a salt grit in the peanut butter, so I've stopped getting that...

I was reminded today by a negative experience at a different icecream shop that I've been meaning to post a review of this icecream shop from our visit over the weekend. It's been three days since our visit and I'm still thinking about my rasberry cheesecake flurry. It was soooo good with big chunks of cheesecake distributed throughout the whole cup. We live about an hour away and were only in the area to visit my in-laws. I've never been more excited to know that we are coming back for another visit to my mother in laws this upcoming weekend. I will definetly stop by again and maybe try the butterscotch float I saw advertised when we were there, the picture looked amazing. Although.....I do always like rasberry...
