Would give zero stars if I could. Just today I placed an order through the mobile app and just had to sit there and wait in my car for 20 minutes. After waiting and waiting and seeing some people get their orders but not me I decided to call the restaurant. I explained that I had been waiting for 20 minutes for 4 McChickens and a frappe, and that I have not received my order and if it was going to take much longer I would like a refund. The manager that answered the phone proceeded to just say that it was taking a long time because they did not have frappes. No apology, no anything. Just plain attitude and that she could not do anything since “they were understaffed”. Personally, I understand being understaffed but I was flabbergasted over the fact that no one could have taken a couple minutes to let me know that the item I had ordered was not available, and that the manager didn’t even try to apologize for making me wait for 20 minutes for nothing, but actually just had a bad attitude with me. I think its ridiculous that I, the costumer, was the one that had to call to find out I would not be receiving my order. Part of me wonders how long they would have let me stay in the parking lot waiting for an order that would never come. I asked her for a refund and she said that she was not allowed to give me one and that if I ordered through the mobile up, I needed to request a refund through here. We hanged up the call. I try to get a refund through the app and saw that that was not the case, and that their own website said that I needed to get the refund through the restaurant directly. I went inside, asked for a refund, she refused to do so until I insisted, showing her where in their website it said that I needed to contact the store directly. I asked for her name so that I could put a complain against her. She refused to give me her name saying she was not allowed (but if it helps she is a while lady probably in her 50s or older wearing a manager shirt). She proceeded to have an attitude and raise her voice at me in front of other costumers, until she finally gave me the money back. Overall, this is not the first time I have had problems at this location. For the most part I usually ignore them and chose to be patient because I know working in fast food can be difficult, but one thing I will not tolerate is being disrespected as a costumer. Will not be returning to this location. It is such a shame because I remember how a few years ago this store was good, so sad to see it go to waste with managers and staff who are obviously not trained to do...
Read moreCame in today 07/04 at approximately 11:30am. To start I'm a very understanding person. I'm fact I hardly ever complain because coming from Management background I understand a lot. This complaint is not about a messed up order. More of a messed up manager. I don't know the name of the manager but she was short heavy set lady with dark hair glasses and tattoos. I was picking up a doordash order and to begin I was never greeted but that's every McDonald's now days. While I waited for my order I watched and listen to this manager completely disrepect 2 of her employees in the front while the issue was actually made from a new employee. The 2 employees seemed like they was part of capabilities. Now I know that being a manager part of your job is reprimanding your employees however there is a place for that maybe the back office and not in front of the entire store. To clarify not only what she representing the wrong employee she was extremely loud almost screaming at them. This is why it's hard to find good help. If I was those girls I would of walked out then and there. I do know the name of the girl she was yelling at but I will not post that. We are all humans and make mistakes but to be publicly humiliated over a mess up is so out of line. And to come from a manager who should know better is shameful. If corporate wants to reach out I will gladly tell all the details of this because this manager needs to be held accountable. Read moreFood is cheap simple.... It's satisfying when we go. Love the McChicken for myself. Hate they took away the wraps. I loved those. A lot of people complain yet they still go back. Yes it's a wait. But they are addicting the fries yum my kids love the nuggets and fries. Husband is big mac all the way. We waited a awhile a few times but sometimes there are others that wait longer and they would be in there before us. I don't know if it's because the staffing or nobody is communicating with others back there on who's doing what. But they still get business. We get some missing items once in awhile. As long as I can catch it before we get home it's fine, we live in the outskirts of town. But most of us know when to go. Like you can tell sometimes when the fries have been sitting there. They taste old and warm. But once you figure out the timing on when to go your stuff is good and hot!! Kiosk are easy. And I do recommend everyone get the app. You'll get rewards very quickly and it helps out your school kids redeeming those free items and deals. We will rack up a few times on points then redeem for like the 6pc for the kiddos or the free fries when purchasing I think like a 10pc. They are...
