Ice cream was great! Price is as expected for a place like this. They are generous with the amount you get. They pride themselves on not skimping. Service is rather slow. Stood outside for 34 minutes before being able to place my order. They seemed to have plenty of people but they worked the line differently than you would expect. Each worker took an order and then made your items. You would expect there to be one person taking orders and the others making orders to keep the line moving. Like most pick up locations like this you order at one window then move down the cue to the pick up location. Not here you order and pick up at the same location. This clutters up the line and causes long wait times. I think with a new procedure they could get the average wait time down to 5 minutes no problem. Assuming the average customer orders 4...

The best part of a business is customer service. My children were so excited to be there. The young man that helped us was not inviting, I watched him as he ate some of the toppings, he kept wiping his face with his hands, and he put our spoon on the counter top where everyone hands and arms reside; I asked him for new ones and his attitude was very nasty. The look on my children’s faces broke my heart as they knew something was wrong. I was embarrassed. My oldest asked me if something was wrong with the guy serving us. The energy was off and it gave me a feeling of our business was not wanted there. Not all of the employees are like this as I overheard how inviting and nice they were but this guy ruined our experience to a point that WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE and your employees need better...

This place is the BEST. I didn't see an option for milkshakes made from the chocoholic chunk, but I also didn't ask ¯(ツ)/¯ Regardless, we had to wait in a line but given how long it was it moved quick! They seem fully staffed, and all well trained and have great customer service skills. With multiple windows, they serve people quick - just remember to follow your server to the right window! The ice cream is the best I've had!! Dark chocolate with dark chocolate chunks that tastes super fresh 🤤🤤😋 it's really rich though, so maybe start with one scoop your first time and see how it sits with you.
