Let me start with saying that I do not like leaving low reviews. In this case it wasn't the food or even the 47 minute wait for said food, it was our server Rachel and who we had to guess at being the evening manager. We understood that the kitchen was behind. The kids had entertainment of their own. Like I said, the food was fantastic once it came out. We got our initial drink order for our party of six. The root beer and Coca-Cola were disgusting. Okay so the machine is out. The Entire, hour and half we were there, no one got the drinks needed. My son had a spicy burger and would have loved to get a refill on his lemonade but because the two sodas were out, he couldn't. We also were not allowed to order different drinks because, "once your drink order is in the system, we can't change it." Load of crock. The larger woman who we think is the Manger wouldn't tell us who she was and Rachel hid in the back or would send that large lady over to do her section the Entire time. Ignoring our requests for any type of service. Now, we were very vocal about our displeasure, but not in a condescending way towards the staff. It was that this was clearly a made-up rule about the drinks. Who expects guest to eat without drinks? Heck, I had water but had to give it my son. No refills on water either. She even tried to not give the 3 kids cookies once she saw we didn't tip Rachal, which I believe they were sharing the tips. In hindsight, we should have left a tip for only the cook.
