I went inside to avoid drive thru chaos. It was about 5pm, I ordered Egg roll & spring rolls to go. The young girl said they didn't have any egg rolls made, so I said I would wait or take two orders of spring rolls(4total) the girl was totally lost & ask if she sould give me all the EG as there was only 4 left in the bowl, & a drive thru order must if ordered some. The black shirt guy I'm assuming was a manager got involved in the discussion, said that I originally ordered eggroll & spring rolls, but you are out of ER, he said no they just don't like us to make them this time of day they will go to waste. I'm so confused by that statement it was 5PM...I replied it seemed like a manager issue not a customer problem. Do they not make anything on the menu? There was another girl being snarky to the other customer, saying, "they are out of a lot of stuff," again a MANAGEMENT issue. Which again they were physically NOT out of things it is food they didn't have made. Poor girl that waited on me was very young so I don't blame her, but the other two were clearly in need of significant training or a new job...The two cooking also seemed totally lost. It's unfortunate that someone mature & capable isn't properly maintaining this...
Read more9:48 pm 12/29/18 I've been here 4 times. Always out of something. Last 2 times the Rangoon were burned. Tonight was the worst customer service I have experienced yet though. They said how long it would be for one of their entrees to cook, I said I would wait...well, then I could hear them discussing the fact that I was willing to wait, while doing some snickering laugh. Then I hear the person in the background say it would not take 15-20 min, it would actually take 5, but she didn't say that to me, she just asked 3 times "so you're going to wait?". I repeated for the 3rd time that I would be fine with waiting. Then when I tried to order fried rice, another thing they should have plenty of, they were out, to no surprise. I said I could wait on that as well. Nope, they caught an attitude with me, saying we close in 4 minutes. By the way, I didn't know that, or I wouldn't have even said I'd wait on the 1st order. But tell me this...why were they willing to make orange chicken, that supposedly takes 15-20 min, aka 5 min, but not fried rice.
Well, I've had enough bad experienced at this store, I just pulled off, and I will NOT return to this horribly ran...
Read moreExtremely disappointed in this location. They are never prepared for lunch. I’ve been several times between 11:30a-12p, which is prime lunch time. They never have enough rice or chow mein or meats. Today they barely had anything ready and said it would take 30 minutes because it was frozen. This was at 11:45a!! Prime lunchtime with a wait out the door. Why is it never ready for lunch??? I wasn’t the only one that used their favorite phrase “take a seat and we’ll bring it out to you”. This is fast food, not a gourmet sit down place. I expect fast and hot food.
The managers don’t even discount your meal or offer a free drink for you having to wait an extended period of time for food that should have been ready for the lunch rush hour. Poor management in my opinion. I’m going to start using the Panda on Mercantile, which I would highly suggest others to consider.
Also, corporate Panda didn’t reply last time, because it wasn’t the first incident. Apparently they don’t care too much about...
