I saw we had a new Cane's here in Noblesville and decided to drive about 25 minutes to give it a try today. I've been to other locations in Ohio and Nevada and wanted to see how it compared. I decided to place a mobile order through the app to avoid a wait. I arrived and was told by a customer that the dining room was closed. Seeing as the pickup counter is inside, I attempted to get in and found the doors were all locked. This was very odd and also feels like it would be a poor fire safety practice (and perhaps even against fire code) to lock the doors of a restaurant while occupied by the public. That said, the staff wouldn't open the door for me to get my order. I then waited for a customer to leave so I could enter and retrieve my order at the pickup station. I sat down in the now-locked dining area with a few other patrons. I noted that the soda machine was inoperable and didn't offer any self-service refills. The chicken tenders, while good, weren't the crunchy tenders I remember. Maybe they just under cooked them a little or something, but not really how I remembered them. The fries were fine but the coleslaw and toast were awesome. Overall a little disappointed in the whole trip given the distance and experience, but I hope comments like this will help management improve their establishment over time.

Raising Cane's is one of my favorite places to eat, and I'm very excited to have one here now. The menu is pretty much chicken fingers, French fries, Cole slaw, Texas toast, Cane's sauce, beverages, and that's it...but these are my favorite chicken tenders. The sauce is kind of like Chick fil a sauce, but less BBQ and more mayonnaise flavor. The staff here have been fast, friendly, and professional. The manager even came around to say hello and thank guests for eating here. One big disclaimer I want to mention is that Cane's is best when you eat it fresh...so dining inside or parking after the drive through to eat is my personal recommendation. The reason why is the food is generally so hot and fresh that it will get soggy quickly if left in the carry out container for too long. Pictures are from opening day by the way. 2nd time I visited it wasn't nearly as crowded.

The dining area wasn't open unfortunately but it was really confusing navigating to the drive-thru. $11 for a combo? It looks delicious but I honestly could've made this better at home. The sauce was the only thing holding this together. The food was meh. The service was trash. The attitude of the worker handing out the food was so disrespectful. I understand it's fast food but if someone is asking for clarity about something why get mad? Or if it's that bad at the window maybe not be in a customer facing position. I'm not seeing this place lasting long. Judging by the amount of 1-stars there's much needed improvement. The owner better get themselves in that building because this place will not last like that!

If I could submit 0 stars, I would. HORRIBLE customer service. Placed an online order with the edition of a post Malone collector’s cup. They were out of the current cup and the front cashier tried arguing with me that I needed to purchase a combo to get a collectors club when in fact, I already placed a mobile order. Not to mention, I stood there for a good 10 minutes before this right beside the counter where the mobile order pick up is, while several employees made eye contact with me and not one came to help. Asked for a manager, took another 10 minutes. All i got was “sorry”. She let me choose an older collectors cup, and then gives me all the cups for my order without any ice and walks away. I’ve made several orders to the Avon, Indiana location, and the drinks were already filled and ready to go at the mobile order to pick up station. I proceeded to the drink station in the ice machine is out of ice. Waited another five minutes for someone to help me only for the employee to tell me they were completely out of ice, even though I just witnessed her fill up someone’s cup with ice that just placed an order. I asked why that person received ice if they were out of ice and she quickly said oh yeah, I forgot we have a little bit left. My order was ready at 11:18 AM and I left the restaurant at 11:40AM so by now all of our FRIES AND CHICKEN TENDERS ARE SOGGY, SHOULD’VE CHECKED THE BAG BEFORE WE LEFT, BECAUSE OF COURSE RECEIVED NONE OF THE EXTRA SAUCES THAT WE PAID FOR. $50 and a waste of my time later we got to eat soggy cold food. Save yourself a trip and just go to...

I love Canes and have had absolutely no problem with the food. Always hot and fresh! This past week, I went through the drive thru with my friend at around 10:20 PM. My friend and I are paying separately, so I ask the woman in the drive thru if we could do two separate orders. Mind you, they close at 12:00 AM, so it’s not like I was doing something complicated right as they were about to close. There were also only 4 cars in front of me and nobody was behind me, so I wasn’t doing this during any kind of “rush”. As soon as I asked for two separate orders, the woman sighed rudely, so I would hear it. Her tone after that was annoyed and fed up. I get it, working in the fast food industry isn’t always the most fun, but this is your job. I can assure you I didn’t do anything to provoke her other than ask for two orders. I get up to the window and forgot that I needed an extra sauce for my order. I’m timid to ask her because of the experience at the drive thru, but it was for my mother and I wanted to get her correct order. I go, “Hi, I’m so sorry, can I add something please?” the woman goes, “What would you like to add?” Reading this doesn’t do it justice. Her tone when she said that was horrific. I can’t convey it through a review, but it was really rude. I feel sorry for her if she had a bad shift, but being rude to a customer isn’t the way to handle her stress. I hope next time she thinks about what she says and how that reflects badly on the business! I’ll still go to...

I never like to leave comments like this because I work in hospitality and I understand how stressful busy rushes like this can be. However, my family and I ordered after waiting for 10-15 minutes in line. Our order was relatively simple (which is saying something, the menu is composed of the same items in different capacities.) We waited for over 30 minutes for the order to be called, and when my mom brought it back to our table, my meal was missing. My dad went up to the counter to ask the staff to fix the mistake and he waited for almost 8 minutes for someone (who I think may have been the manager, but I'm not 100% sure) to fix the mistake and get my food gathered. Once we got it, the food was all hot and correct but it was just mediocre flavors and tastes compared to the similar restaurant just up the road that happens to be closed on Sundays. The fries are bland as well as the chicken. I worked at said similar restaurant for almost 4 years and something like this never would have happened without us apologizing profusely and handing out coupons for free entrees or desserts. Towards the end of our meal, a staff member came out to the huge line of people waiting to inform them that the wait would be about 35-45 minutes from there. Needless to say we won't be coming back until Cane's gets their ducks in a row with proper staffing and bagging procedures to ensure waits never get...
