Worst Mcds experience so far: If they get your order Wrong, file a dispute with your Credit Card for this location for failure to get what you bought. Last night 1/3/22, I went through Drive Thru, and a female answered. I purposely give my order slowly, so theres no error. I order a happy meal with a couple other items. When i told her I completed my order, she said " Go to Window 2 " I responded to her, can you repeat my order, and she shouted, " Go to Windows 2 !!! Ill give you your order there...!!! I get to window 2, I receive the order and its ALL Wrong. And so another Pencil Neck employee, starts to Giggle as Im getting upset. The same happy giggle as seen in the movie the Exorcist. He was happy to see me Upset. I got the wrong food, and took off. The lady that took my order is a Latina lady about 5'9, and wears all black., in her late 30's. Read moreOrdered my food for dine in and I was packed in a bag to go. No big deal. However. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and when I opened the sandwich there was no egg and no cheese. So I brought it back to the counter and showed my receipt and my sandwich. The lady at the counter said give me the sandwich. I hesitated and she told me you don't need to give me attitude. Lady, I don't have attitude, I'm mad. You didn't apologize and insulted me with a condescending tone implying that it was somehow my fault that I didn't get what I ordered correctly. This was particularly disappointing as I liked the service at this location. They were so nice previous to this one visit. For some reason I don't think this one lady enjoys working here. Apparently customers who value the service are to be treated like crap if they complain about mistakes made with their order. Read moreDrive-thru experience and review: Waited a while under the 1st “Order Here” as a line was forming behind us. I’m sure it was less than a 10 min wait, but we never waited so long to place a drive-thru order. You could hear the employee who takes order breathe on the mic, but she couldn’t hear us. We honked, still nothing.. finally the girl come on the mic and said, “oh! You’re supposed to order on the next window.” Ok, we pulled up to the next 2nd “Order Here” and placed an order. We moved up to the next window before the last to pay, as the last window said “Pick up”, well, that’s also where you pay. Long story short, pull up the windows closest to the exit. Employe 08/09/25 at 7pm and was raw and nothing warm or apologized for the misunderstand that happened twice over order windows. Maybe this location needs more signs?
