HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been ordering from this store over the phone for the past month with frequent issues such as my drink not being ready when I requested it to be ready after ordering 10-20 minutes in advance and one time where I ordered a tea and upon arrival for pick-up, I was advised that the flavor I requested was not even available. So I decided to download the app and order from there...only to find out that the app says that my regular order is no longer available at that store. So today I called in to place a pick-up order just like I have in the past and the worker had no issue placing my order to be picked up in 10 minutes. AGAIN...15 minutes after placing my order...NO DRINK!!! And ALL OF A SUDDEN no one knew who answered the phone to take the order upon my arrival. So they said that they will make one for me right away. Given that I Ubered to the store and had the driver wait which comes at a waiting fee per minute...and with all the confusion and mishap...I asked the manager for a my drink to be comp'd. The manager even mentioned that the app must be having an issue but that the tea was actually available. However the manager said I'm sorry I "cannot" do that. REALLY?!?! Read moreI ordered my Venti Coffee and Sausage sandwich through the app and then went in to pick it up. Ive never had an issue with this process, its always been great.
This time however I went in and they got my sausage sandwich soon enough, but they didnt bring out my coffee with it I asked if someone could bring out my coffee and was told it was on its way. However no one was getting it for me. Two guests had come to the counter and ordered and received their coffee. I asked again and was told the same thing. Finally I asked a third time and made it known by my tone that I was upset. The kid with wavy blonde hair working the register came over to me to look at me like I was a jerk gor being upset and then told me "you know were real busy - we'll get your coffee."
Another employee brought me my coffee, I left on my way to a memorial day event and finally tasted my coffee, it was half coffee and half hot water. Im not just disappointed, Im incredibly upset that Starbucks would hire such disrespectful employees.
I was ready to give up on Starbucks because the 30 minute wait for a cup of coffee wasnt wasnt worth it, but they created this app and it changed my issue but today it showed at least in this case the app isnt impervious to disrespectful employees. Happy...
Read moreI'm a regular at my fiancée store however this store is on my way to work so I've been stopping by on my way to work. Yesterday (1/27/17). I made a mobile order for a green tea with one pump of peach, no classic light ice and a breakfast sandwich. I sat in the lobby for an hour sipping my tea and eating breakfast, I decided I wanted a refill before I left. I waited in line, when I got to the counter to order my refill the barista informed me that refills were for same day, same visit only, I replied, "yeah I know". She tried to refill my Trenta with a Grande. I told corrected her. I went to the restroom while my drink was being made and then waited 15 minutes while people came and left. Finally the girl who took my order saw I was waiting and made my drink. I am really disappointed in the behavior of the barista. Rather than giving me the benefit of the doubt she belittled me in front of other customers. I know there is another Starbucks a few mile south of this one on the 15. I'll be stopping there in the future. I should be made to feel bad for wanting a refill on the same visit which is allowed by Starbucks company policy.
