First time at this chain restaurant. I've had my eye on them with friends providing above average reviews. However, my visit overall fell on the average side and I would likely not return anytime soon.

The location is in a newly developed warehouse area. Biscuit Belly has been present for over a year, but a new development behind their old building is being completed. Signage is pretty good from Hampton Blvd, but it's a small sign, so be ready to turn.

Parking is spacious nearby parallel and in a lot for nearby businesses. It's short walk. The area was clear of debris. I saw no security and felt safe.

In my opinion the cool factor is the building itself which is maybe a 30's, or 40's factory warehouse type structure. A significant investment by the chain to make this a really neat place to enjoy breakfast and brunch. They close early afternoon.

The interior's all brick exterior walls and concrete floors with open air ceiling gave me that cool vibe I absolutely loved! There large windows along the road that will wake you up and provide a bright space. My visit was on a weekday mid morning and there was only two customers. It's a pretty spacious dining room with mixture of booths and tables. There is also outdoor dining on the side.

Restrooms are on the far side of the entrance and gender neutral single use. I found them spacious, clean with proper supplies.

Prior to ordering from the walk up they offer a small amount of merchandise and also menus for catering. Menus are present at the counter to review. It's extensive! They offer a lot including cocktails. I jumped on Rockwell Supreme and added bacon to compare it to a local place I love "Handsome Biscuit. Biscuit Belly's is a biscuit and gravy.

The staff were warm and friendly at checkout. I also included a bottomless drip coffee and they hand you a mug. The total $19.01 w/ tax and an opportunity to tip. They do bring your food out and clear, but no follow up is expected. They give you a number to locate the table.

The drink station has fountain soda, coffee with cream and sugar. The area was clean. The coffee was very good!

I waited no longer than 10 minutes for my food to arrive and visually it looked fine. Napkins and utensils are in the table which I really liked. My first impression after closely inspecting the sandwich was the bacon was paper thin and less quality than I would have thought given the price point. The biscuit seemed underdone, the gravy tasty. The overall a 2.

Although I may not return myself I acknowledge people seem to adore Biscuit Belly's and write above average reviews also returning. I'm at a 3.5 and rounding down for my first experience. For me I would drive less than a mile for a much scaled down and quality...

What a great selection and tasty food! First time enjoying breakfast here, and I chose wisely! I had the green blt with a side of fried green tomatoes (3). I ate half the sandwich, barely, and took the other half home. My dining companion ordered the fruit topped pancakes and a side of bacon, and she finished it off! Everything was fresh, nicely plated, correct temperature, and couldn't have been better! I had basic coffee, and it was great! The way it works is you pick up a menu when you walk in, stand in line, and order at the counter. Pay right there, and they give you a wood "lollipop" with your order number. You choose a table, set your order number on the edge in a napkin holder, and they bring the food to your table. Drinks are self-serve, except for the fancy coffees. After paying and selecting our table, we went up and made our coffees. They have sugar and something else in packets and cream in a carafe. No other apparent things are available. They offer regular coffee (no decaf noticed), sweet and unsweetened tea, several sodas, and a couple of other drinks, like cucumber something. Our 2 entrees, plus her bacon and our basic coffees, came to like $32 with tax, and I added a 22% tip at the credit card payment machine. We showed up around 9am, and they got busy fast soon after! Our food came out within 4 minutes of us choosing our table, so really fast! The napkins and silverware are all in a napkin holder/organizer container on the table. Probably salt & pepper, too, though we weren't looking for it. I noticed a few hot sauces on the counter near the coffee and soda machines. They also have smallish Styrofoam take out containers there. No table service other than them dropping off the food. All employees seemed happy and helpful! The crowd was a mix of people from older people like my table and a couple across from us, to college students, families with young kids, young couples and groups, a great population! It wasn't as loud as you would expect, and it was clean and comfortable! The aircon works nicely! The drinks like sodas, tea, and coffee are unlimited self-serve, but they also offer drinks with alcohol like mimosas, bloody marys, etc. What a great place! On street parking, or park for free in a city lot just a half block away behind the restaurant....

i got the rockwell supreme with a side of tots and bonuts (free reward when you sign up for their rewards program). the pics are after 20-30 mins in the car on the way home. easily reheated in their containers (not plastic).

the sandwich was great. cant really go wrong with chicken, egg, bacon, and gravy. i dont think the gravy tasted canned but i cant tell if it’s homemade either. if you order ahead, i recommend getting gravy on the side so it doesnt sit and get soggy. you can also choose how you want your egg cooked. biscuit was very good too. looked like they gave 1.5-2 pieces of bacon.

bonuts are also very good, just fried dough covered in cinnamon sugar i believe. i got it with cream cheese frosting, very tasty.

and the side tots. it’s cheese and sausage. you only get four for a side but the sandwich is so filling, you really dont need more. if you want more, you can order them as a side on their own rather than with the sandwich. it came with a sauce i didnt try because im not a condiment lover.

came out to $18.79 after tax and before tip. you get napkins and plasticware. theres also plenty of parking in that area. they have parking on the street and a sizable shared parking lot with all the new businesses in that area. parking is always a huge worry for me when it isn’t expressly stated anywhere, and especially as you get closer to downtown, so im glad that was easy. i went in and up to the counter (theres a sign that tells you where to pick up), told them my name, and got my order.

seemed to be plenty of indoor seating and they also had a bit of a line.

it’s great. it’s expensive enough to only get every now and then in my opinion but i would recommend. will have to try the alcoholic drinks and/or...

This restaurant is a solid option for a meal with family and friends. Overall, the food was enjoyable, and the staff was helpful when needed. However, there were some issues with seating and cleanliness that detracted from the experience. Pros: - Tasty Dishes: The menu offered classic comfort foods, including a delicious fried chicken biscuit sandwich topped with tangy sauce and crumbled cheese, and a hearty plate of biscuits smothered in creamy gravy. The flavors were satisfying, and the food was served warm. - Family-Friendly: The atmosphere was casual and suitable for both kids and adults. High chairs were available, which was convenient for families with young children. - Local Favorite: Judging by the long lines and the number of people dining, it’s clear that this place has a loyal local following. Cons: - Seating Policy: The seating policy felt a bit rigid. We were asked to move even though we were with a baby, as we hadn’t ordered yet. It would have been better if they allowed us to sit and settle before placing an order. - Cleanliness: Some tables were not thoroughly cleaned, and we noticed the floor was a bit messy, too. In addition, there was a lack of utensils at our table, and it took a while to get them refilled. - Busy Atmosphere: While a crowded restaurant is often a good sign, the dining experience feels slightly chaotic. The line was long, and the service felt a bit rushed at times. Despite the drawbacks, I would consider returning due to the quality of the food and the friendly vibe. With some improvements in seating management and cleanliness, this place could be an even better experience.
