Ok once again these idiots sent me a drink with barely any ice in a sweet tea and NO straw and I gave them several chances past two weeks and they constantly lie about them messing up UBER EATS orders and we pay way more for our food then the average customer. I swear that Manager NEVER answers store phone I reported them two days ago and they are the only option for Uber eats instead of the other locations so done with them and pot pie was OLD yuck. I suggest driving to Virginia beach to get better food and service. UPDATE: they did make a effort and sent me 5.00 off so I ordered it again on 9/12/2022 and it was much better please stop making your sweet tea too sweet and preparing cold drinks before the Uber driver gets there the ice melts fast drinks tasted horrible. I placed an order at 10:50 the restaurant closes at 12pm. When I went to pickup the order I was told that they only had tenders and fries. I asked why would they allow me to place a full order for product they don’t have. The rude employee told me he doesn’t control the app. I requested to speak with the manager he stated that was him. I reminded him that being the manager means he may not have control over the app he does have control over what happens at his store and that his decision to cook nothing but tenders with an hour left before closing time shows a complete lack of regard for his guest or the company.
