The WORST meal and customer service I’ve ever had.

First, we ordered Sautéed black mushrooms with bamboo shoots. LITERALLY only had four small chunks of mushrooms and a entire container of freaking bamboo shoots with no flavor at all.

Second, my mother ordered the shrimp with broccoli. A pretty standard dish for most Chinese restaurants. The shrimp were so overdone it was like chewing rubber. The sauce was clear and tasted like old dishwater.

Third, the rice that came with our meals was cold when arrived and tasted old. It was hard and dry, We couldn’t even bear to get past the first bite of it.

When we called the restaurant to address our complaints rather than leaving a review such as this, the woman who answered the phone argued with us, refused to return or give us a refund for the order (for the food we obviously did NOT want) and then after about ten minutes of arguing said ok well we will tell the kitchen your complaints— goodbye. And hung up on us.

By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this was one restaurant that should honestly not be in business if this is how they treat their customers when they are served food that is cold, tasteless, and that they are outright unhappy with.

Please, do not waste your money at this...

I absolutley do not recommend this place. I ordered from here during the lockdown to support local businesses and I'm trying to order from different places so this was the first time I've ordered from here. I paid over the phone when I ordered and when it was delivered, the driver demanded I pay again in cash! My fiance had to show her his bank statement on his phone to prove he had already paid! AND THEN THEY CHARGED US AGAIN WHEN THE DRIVER GOT BACK TO THE RESTAURANT! She didn't want to give us our money back when we complained the next day! After I had tipped the driver 50%IN CASH! I'm confident that my bank will handle that situation. Now, on to the food...I ordered the Orange Chicken. It was the worst I've ever had! It was mainly orange peels, dried peppers and the crunchy coating that the chicken is fried in. I got hardly any chicken! The night I ordered it, I ate it out of the container because, why not? The next day I went to eat leftovers for lunch and when i dumped it out onto my plate, I saw that HALF THE CONTAINER WAS WON TON NOODLES! They filled it halfway with those cheap crunchy noodles AND THEN filled it with food! I've never had any Chinese restaurants do this! They are a total RIP off and don't deserve anyone's business! STOP...

Perfect combo of delicious food, nice setting and an attentive, friendly server. Mom and I opted for the Family Dinner Special (each person gets a bowl of soup, an eggroll, a bowl of pork fried rice, and 1 entree from a list of 12 dishes). It's described as a meal for 2, but the amount of food is enough for 3-4 servings.

We both chose the Hot & Sour Soup, which was the best either of us has had in a long time. Same for the eggroll; the soft filling was a nice change from the undercooked carrot and cabbage filling I find in most others. Next up were our entrees (spicy Twice Cooked Pork for her and Triple Delight for me, which our server recommended and had made a little spicy at my request). The only dish I didn't care for was the fried rice because it was too dry for me.

Rice aside, it was a very satisfying meal, made even better by listening to Mom converse with the server in their native tongue. ...
