The Boba tea was delicious! Lola had Strawberry Milk Tea w strawberry popping Boba, and strawberry jelly. I had a Dark Blend Vietnamese style coffee. Both were delicious! I mean, like, really, really good. Lola said hers was the best she ever had. Even as far as to sat, it was one of her favorite desserts she's ever had! The service wasn't great. Let me be clear, the problem was the customer service. There was no issue with the wait or service of receiving the drink. It was our first time in a Tealux. I'm unsure whether the customer service is this non-existent at all locations. Once I realized there was a screen to order from, a few minutes after our arrival, we placed our order. We were the only patrons in the establishment from the moment we walked in until we left. We were never spoken to the entire time we were there with the exception of the person stating the names of our order aloud when they were ready for pickup. We were not greeted. We were not even acknowledged. The atmosphere was nice because of the large windows allowing a view onto bustling Colley Avenue. It was a beautiful day, and there were many pedestrians out and about enjoying the shops. There were a few games and markers with scrap paper to keep us busy. We enjoyed one another and the Boba. Went in once with my family. Used my card to pay for the tea. After 2 days of normalcy, I got a charge on my card from someone who happened to skim my card there. The person who did it worked at a place right down the street that I nor my family have ever been to. This place was the only place I used my card that day, as I used cash for everything else. I had to replace all of my cards and put a freeze on everything and open a fraud case. The person still tried using my old card on multiple things weeks after. Everytime it was declined because it was gone, the bank had it. Don't feel safe using my card or even going there again. Just be careful using your card there. Skimmers and scammers can get your info. Luckily I got my 100 back that that person stole and had it decline for the over hundreds she tried taking out of my account. Just...

I was looking for something cool, fruity, and refreshing coming in and I definitely got that 😅 I tried the Heart On Fire fruit tea which is strawberry and dragon fruit ^^ My friend got a mango Boba tea that tasted nice too ^^

The atmosphere was pretty quiet aside from the music and wasn't super busy since I was in there at almost 7pm. The staff was very friendly and the place is pretty quiet. I could imagine quarters being a bit tight at high traffic hours, but on the plus side they have an outside patio area.
