The customer service is awesome--came in to buy some cute little presents and the women I met were very nice and warm. They will beautifully gift wrap your items at no additional charge. There are lots of cute knick knacks and beautifully made goods, like scarves, clothing, socks, house ware, jewelry, etc. The goods lean toward the pricier side, but there are plenty of gifts $20 or under.
