Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Normal

I hate ordering food from here. I always gotta argue about my food no being good with their people but never the cashiers. Cashier always chill here that's why I did 3 Stars on service( he wasn't going to charge me for extra sauce but the kitchen was putting enough sauce so I make he charge me so he wouldn't get in trouble. The noodles are big, dry plus always only taste like noodles every single time more a specifically the pesto noodles. The noodles be sooo dry it kills me a little every time, even with extra pesto. the noodles are never covered like it should be. I have to pay extra for the food to actually taste like what I ordered. Just think of eating spaghetti not covered in red sauce, I'm sure that how they serve it here. Go somewhere else and spend you money please. The kitchen looks at me crazy for wanting my food covered in sauce so I could actually enjoy the food. Not Worth it. I'll add...

I just had an unfortunate experience made worse by the lack of empathy and accountability. When restaurants use third party delivery options, there needs to be a plan in place when mix ups or oversights happen. Refunding my money is nice however I explained that I just wanted my forgotten food. That was not an option, the store “manager” told me unless I wished to place a separate order with them and pay for delivery a second time. I understand there may be a disconnect between restaurants and the delivery services they use, however it should not have prohibited this “manager” from empathizing and finding a different solution or offering other options in the name of good...

Told to have a mask to come in so I went back to go get one from my car. As I walk back in the store, the girl in the picture name Jay pulled her masked down while speaking to the other workers. If they’re so serious about mask mandate, why aren’t they following the rules especially being near food? She also had only ONE glove on while the other was barehand.
