Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Normal

First off, the pizza was great tasting. The store gave me the same deal for my large pizza on my small pizza. Accidentally ordered a large when it should have been a small.

But that's all. I went in nearly an hour early and told them I was ready when they were. I thought they were crazy busy and sorry handed. But when I noticed my pizza at fifteen before the original pickup time, I knew it was mine and got angry.

I waited over forty minutes for a small veggie pizza. But what really updates me is the manager of supervisor never acknowledged my presence about being in his store so long and not getting a pizza. I was outwardly upset and it burns that leadership didn't acknowledge someone standing for forty minutes.

The previous papa John's I worked for, the leaders never would have let that happen. And I had other food in the car in freezing cold temps. It got cold and didn't enjoy it.

Even though I'll return, this visit was a let down. My take away is when you have irresponsible, inattentive, young men and women, make sure you help them as a patron to remember your order since they need all the help they can get.

And I even told someone that it was unacceptable to wait forty minutes for a small veggie pizza. He explained that they had to "bounce" my order to the back of the line, but then I repeated, "yeah, but forty minutes I waited for a small pizza." They offered the exact same excuse as though I didn't hear them the first time. And the manager didn't step in to own the issue. Instead, I feel like...

I work at rivian and they constantly never show up with our orders, the night shift manager also likes to boast that even with them not bringing food on time people will continue to order. Clearly they’re lacking customer service

On multiple occasions I have ordered for 12:45-1:00 am for food and multiple times it has never came. I have called the store both times it happened and the manager told me that my order is not promised to be on time if I order it ahead for a certain time, instead they told me that they had other orders ahead of mine that needed made and sent out mind you that at the time I was told this my order was already 20 minutes late and was not even in the process of being made let alone delivered. I was told that the ONLY thing they could do was either refund me my money or deliver my pizza well after my lunch break for work would have been over. I go on lunch from 1am to 1:30am. I was completely disrespected by the “manager” of the store and was told that they didn’t care if I was an upset customer and gave your company a bad reputation because other people will continue to order from papa johns regardless if one...

Garbage place to order from. Me and my friend just stopped working here. The manager smokes weed on the property and encourages other to do so. Not a safe clean place to order. They are suppose to make us follow kosher orders for all veggie. They don't follow those rules. They have us keep product past exspired to "safe the company money" the manager plays games -like putting finger in pizza and keeps score.- have seen move and roaches in bathroom. (Reason i left) and the manager said that's common for any building our "size" manager does no focus on Personal hygiene and professionalism. I quit and when my friend complained about not wanted to be about weed smoke and not throwing away exspired good.
