It was nice to go check out Raising Cane's in Bloomington a couple weeks ago. I had only ate at Raising Cane's twice ever so it's nice to be reminded of how good their chicken is. They were pretty crowded when we got there and the parking lot was a bit tight. It's kind of only one row of parking and I drive a larger vehicle so it was difficult to pull in or even back in to the parking place. Once we finally got a parking place we went inside and placed our order. I noticed there was a lot of people that were happy and enjoying their dinner. There's not a lot of seating inside, I've definitely seen pictures of bigger Canes restaurants but it seems like it could be enough if people are in and out when they're finished eating. We didn't have to wait very long for our food and it was all fresh and hot! I enjoy the flavor of the chicken and also the cane sauce. The fries are okay but it'd be nice to try out some seasoning on them I'm not sure if this restaurant offers something like that. I love the art on the walls and I noticed the other two canes that I have been to have the brick wall painted with the canes logo. I love the ambience and all of the decor in the restaurant. I'd like to say that I would come back but they're building one in Peoria so I'll be able to have it there next. Thanks for making my meal fresh and ready!

I wanted to give it a chance since it’s new in town, sadly disappointed. They haven’t even been open for 2 weeks and their soda machine is broken. The chicken tenders were mushy and smelled like burnt oil which made them not edible, the fries were mushy but well salted, the Texas toast was cold and soft.. the best part of the meal was the canes sauce. With this being a new building, I wish there was a better flow for traffic, the incoming traffic blocks the exiting traffic.. thankfully the cars move through pretty quickly. If you want great chicken with a crunch and consistency go to Pop Up!

I’m trying lunch the 2nd day they are open, it’s about 11:30am. They have some folks in the parking lot directing traffic….so that’s going pretty well. The drive thru is 2 lines moving fairly quickly. I’d say it was about 8-10 mins from the time I joined the line to the time I got my food. I had “The Box” and it was fine. Bottom sides of the fingers were a bit soft, top was crunchy. So, I’ll prolly go again.

The servjce was excellent, restaurant was impeccably clean, no complaints at all there. My issue was the size of the tenders, not the quality, as this chain is known for both, I thought. I recently ate at Dave's Hot Chicken, which is down the road, and if I am honest, the one tender I ate there was 3 times the size of one here, and the price was not far off. I am not promoting either restaurant, but for what I paid at Raising Cane's, you would have expected a bit more, in my opinion. The tenders were small, the size of my fingers, making them literal chicken fingers. They tasted great, no problems at all w/the taste, but they were no better than what I could get in a bag out of the freezer at Aldi, and I mean that 100%. I was just disappointed, as my previous 3-4 experiences w/this restaurant were always in a Southern location, and maybe that was why they had bigger tenders. Either way, I probably will not be back, as I am not wealthy and do not enjoy...

Had such a nice experience at the new Canes. I placed my order online and it was ready right when I walked in. Man who handed me my order was very friendly. Food was just as delicious as any other Canes I have been to over the years. I read some reviews before stopping in and had none of the negative experiences other reviewers state they had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and in great portions. We ate outside and had 3 employees check on us at different times, all genuinely asking how our meal was going. Very kind and attentive. One of the employees even brought out car fresheners and stickers for us. We felt welcomed and left full! Stop in and support this wonderful staff :) Will...
