Let's expose store 191! Especially Chelsea and Chris, the store and district manages! Since they don't want to pay the last two weeks my husband's (previous manager) of paid vacation time and don't accept his two weeks notice. First lets start with Chelsea the store manager! Never clocks in on time, doesn't require day crew to clean, allows for cross contamination, and is constantly at work high on xanax! Let's break that down. Firstly she is constantly late for work (normally 3 hrs late and Chris allows this) but will reprimand any employee for being five minutes late. When night crew clocks in they have to clean the entire store that day crew left in horrid condition yet only night crew gets in trouble for the mess. Do not eat here especially during day shift you will most likely get food poisoning! Chelsea is not only high everyday at work she allows employees to show up drunk! Now let's talk about Chris. Chris pulls a person who has only been manager for 6 months and can't count to ten and places her as store manager instead of the previous manager who has been a manger for 6 years. Then he expects the previous manager to take on the responsibility of store manager though he refused to give him that position. Not only that the previous manager didn't get an actual day off for the entire year of 2021! Why, you may ask, well I will tell you! Every day the previous manager was scheduled off he was getting constant calls from both Chelsea and Chris asking him to do things that chelsea was in charge of but they wanted to reprimand him and threaten punishments if he did not comply (keep in mind he was scheduled off, off the clock, and it wasn't his duty to do anything involving them). Chris has made threats against the previous managers job and paychecks, claiming that the previous manager was missing too much work when he is very rarely sick and very rarely calls in and it's not his responsibility to show up to work sick (infact its against the law). Nor was it his responsibility to take the blame for everything Chelsea does wrong at this store which is damn near everything. On top of that both Chelsea and chris force employee to work when ill and injured one example Chris threatening the previous managers pay if he didn't show up while he had covid. Read moreThe rudest service rep I have ever had the inconvenience of encountering! Saturday June first my 8 year old had the opportunity to experience prejudice first hand as the cashier decidedly ignored us (while at the register), was mean to us (as she tendered the ice we came for), and rudely after the register incident, passed us without saying excuse me with a cart full of store supplies (while we stood waiting to get ice cream). When I said to her that it was rude she could have said excuse me. She said, to myself, my 2 yo grandson, and my 8 yo daughter, "oh y'all will be alright". My daughter recognized the behavior because she, herself is taught way better manners. I have been in customer service for 34 years. All I'll say is thank God this experience was not social services! "Chase" was most helpful! He manned the front line of the restaurant all alone(with kindness) even though the line was full and there was another associate just standing on the front end watching him handle it alone. Who had to be told by the associate in the back at the drive through to help. I guess he attempted after watching us stand there for what felt like 15 minutes with one ice cream, only to tell Chase to finish as he again stood there doing nothing. This was the sorriest crew I have ever seen at one time in any of the braums facilities since I've been here in Oklahoma. Good luck! Because they will drive your business away. Especially if the first encounter that you come upon is that woman that was at the register and your last on the way out is that young man who stood there and watched that line grow without lifting a finger. Read moreWaited what seemed like an eternity in line to get our food. We ordered a kids meal w 2 shakes and 1 combo. Waited forever to get through the line of just 2 cars right before ordering. We've never had the experience of being spoken to so rudely by an employee working the drive-thru. She was arguing with us over and over bc we wanted a mix with kids meal not a drink. We could throw the drink away, keep it but we wanted a small mix however the way we had to get it & pay full price for mix. She absolutely would not do it. Finally, we had to find another way to word it. Ordered it normally then at the end of the order stated we wanted a small mix. We live around the corner. Never had a problem here. We got her name bc she wasn't wearing a name tag at all. Please fix this confusion for future visits & make sure she wears a name tag. That could be a great way to be unprofessional to customers and get away with it. Her name is Sara.
