Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Norman

I like their coffee and food but this has to do with the disappointment in their staff and manager and corporate. The store itself and the website shows the wrong time. My husband went by at 8:15 and they close at 8 even though no place shows that. When he drove up to the window, the worker looked at him and turned off the light and walked away. The worker could have at least told him it was past closing time. I asked corporate if the manager could reach out to me (not just once) and the manager never did. I will not be recommending Scooter's again for coffee friends.

In response to the owner since I can't respond to it - I already tried more than once (see above) to connect with the corporate team so why would I go through the hassle of filing out...

I go here several times a week. All the staff here is great! Super friendly. The coffee is what brings me here. Always enjoyed the many things I have tried. My one complaint is I find myself not eating their breakfast, which is a chain fault and not theirs. The portions are usually kinda of small and rather pricey for something that is just reheated. I understand this isn’t this locations fault. But would love to see better food options to make this my morning one stop vs going here and somewhere else for a larger...

I am a daily scooters drinker and desperately I pull in to order a peanut butter crunch at 7:57pm and I was told “we’re not allowed to sell peanut butter things anymore for the night. We’ve already cleaned up the peanut butter and put it up.” This is unlike any other Scooters I’ve been to, Is it a change in protocol Ethan?
