7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Norman

I use to love 7Brew in Norman, but after September 4th and 5th 2025. I doubt I will be jumping to get it anytime soon. Two days in a row I ordered a pumpkin blondie with the pumpkin drizzle. On September 4th I ordered a small and was given a medium drink that wasnt mine. I said something to the employee who was very rude I said this isnt right and he told me it was and to get out of his line already. I called to speak to a manger since i was told to get out of the hs line already. That this is not cool its very unprofessional.

Then I come in on September 5th and tell them I want the pumpkin blondie 1/2 sweet with pumpkin drizzle. Then the redheaded employees wants to gaslight me about what I ordered and then says we repeat the order to make sure they are correct. She was not nice about how she said it. I said to her you did say you got the pumpkin sauce. Oppose to apologizing and stating let me make this right she became rude, defensive and gaslighting me.

There isnt even like a manager to contact them via phone to speak to at the location it routes you to an Arkansas phone number recorded line but then when you press to speak to customer support person it rings and goes to voicemail. Only other way to contact them is via email.

I will take my money to a local coffee business thats a small business and I'd suggest...

I’ve heard a lot of great things about 7brew so I decided to give it a shot today, I am an ex barista and love coffee! I will say, I wasn’t 100% impressed.

The wait wasn’t terrible, they have a great system which was impressive.

The girl who took my order didn’t really seem to know much about coffee. Since it was so busy I didn’t ask what was on their menu, I told her it was my first time here and told her what I like and she suggested the complete opposite of what I wanted. We’ll, after that I asked if they had white chocolate, she said yes and then went on about how it’s chocolaty and I should get a breve with vanilla (not even close to what I had said that I like) and I thanked her for her suggestion and then just decided on an iced white chocolate caramel latte, she tried to get me to change my mind but I stuck with my normal.

I get to the window and the music was so loud and not really what I was expecting from a coffee shop, it was honestly very uncomfortable.

The coffee was eh, I couldn’t taste the caramel or white chocolate at all, all I tasted was milk (stired it and everything) I didn’t taste the espresso until it was almost gone.

I know it’s new and still has kinks and I hope that I can change my review if I go again. I was just very hopeful seeing all the great...

Lost my family as customers today. Have like 7Brew for quite sometime, always loved going there while we were in Arkansas but after the customer service or lack of service I should say, will just stick to Scooters. We waited in an established line for about 25 minutes, it was backed up for BOGO. The staff was standing around putting on wigs and crap, essentially doing nothing. At 7pl they all spread out and proceeded to tell us that our line was no longer a line and we would have to go to the back of the other lies in the road. Had they told me this at 630pm rather than standing around I might not have minded but telling me to get in the back of a line that was at least an hour long after I had been there well before other people is a joke.
