This is the second in a week... Monday we picked food and they our car. Before driving my coworker asked are put the arbys and sauce we asked for for our jal poppers. The guy told her yes... she got back to work and no sauce for jal poppers. Today we had a coworker go and pick up food and same thing. I have been trying to call for a 30 mins and no will will a swear just like last time and goes into a fax sound. This time we just threw it all in the trash bc not eating either one with out sauce again. At least some one could answer the phone. Or give the sauces in a little bag before you pull the car. And today we told the male coworker to ask if they pull the pull ask when they bring the bag. Which he did and the person didn't answer and just kept walking off. And now coworker is 15 minutes getting back with food, but of course I will fix his time so not docked any money. But, twice in 1 week is just bad service, bad business. Now I have 4 people with no dinner and working till 10 p.m. I want something done this time bc its not right. Throwing food in the trash twice in 1 week. We even said the first time on monday just mistake. We gave another chance today.. and a mistake again. No that's just plain not listening or not doing their job. I guess I will find a new another place to feed my employees when they are working overtime to help my business. And I didn't give a thumbs up.. can't...
Read moreI’m not sure what has happened to this Arby’s, but went through the drive thru on 5/26/22 ordered a couple of meals, a sandwich and a large order of mozzarella sticks. The guy who was taking the order only spoke twice, once to say, can I take your order and another say pull around, he was very rude in the way he handled himself, not asking the usual questions like, what kind of drink with the meals, any kind of sauce with the nugget meal or even what kind of fries. We literally had to carry the order conversation. Then when we got to the window, the guy never gave us the total or receipt after he swiped the card. Then he handed us one drink and about five minutes later he handed us the food. We had to knock on the window to get second drink. Well once we got home, which is only a few minutes away, the bag was full of Arby’s sauce (33 to be exact, see picture) we did ask for a lot, but the amount was somebody being a smart a**. The mozzarella sticks were cold along with both sandwiches. It used to be that when you went to Arby’s, you got Chic-fil-a service for the beef side of the fast food industry. Read moreAbsolutely rude and HIGHLY disrespectful treatment from employee Tyreana Walker. I advised her I requested light ice and she immediately became combative and highly rude to me. She closed the window in my face and proceeded to ignore as I was asking to speak with the manager. When she realized I wasn’t moving, she finally opened the window back, at which time I requested the manager. GM Chasity came out and was pleasant and apologetic. I advised her I didn’t care about the drink at that point, I was just shocked and felt very disrespected by the treatment Miss Walker thought it okay to give me. I’ve always received good service and fresh food here, but how I was treated today diminished every other instance.
