Can you give zero stars...? oh well.. one will do. I'm writing this review cause my recent experience was "the icing on the cake." Note i don't write reviews much but this place deserves one. This is not the first occasion were something was left out of order, cold fries,or order served incorrectly, or kids working there have the wrong attitude to be working in service. Tired after work decided to go to BK cause i wanted quick and easy solution for dinner.. should have just cooked!!!. arrived at 8:45, was able to place my order at 8:55. Little bit of a line up in the drive thru. ordered my meal. My wifes order is a little more specific. got to the window and paid. guy hands me first beverage... i hand it back and said " this was no ice please". I get it back no ice cause he poured the ice out and handed me a 3/4 full soda. The meal arrives. I inspect the bag and see my wifes order is wrong, I roll my window back down and hand back the chicken tendercrisp back and said " this was supposed to be plain add cheese and bacon". he took the burger back,and I waited another 3 min. He hands me a separate bag with the fixed burger in it. I restate the order to confirm that was what was in the bag. the guy repeated it back and said yes thats the order. I proceed to drive to the parking lot and I park. I look at this fixed burger and turns out its plain no cheese or bacon. OMFG. Now I walk in the BK defeating the purpose of a drive thru. I see the same guy and ask for the cheese and bacon. I watched them fix the burger... Finally its correct. I walk back to my car and I get in, then I notice they had never handed me my beverage at all! so i walk back in and ask for the Coke I ordered. the guy gave me a cup and I proceeded to fill it myself, taking note how badly the floor was cared for... candy corn on the floor with various trash strewn about with a sticky floor, I did not want to know what the bathroom looked like. finished filling my coke and put a lid on it. finally on my way home just 2 mins away. I get home and tell my wife the whole experience and she takes a drink of her soda and asked me if I ordered diet. I said no, and I took a sip. sure enough its freaking diet soda and freaking 3/4 full cause he poured the ice out I specified not to be in the soda. My wife and I thought at least the fries are not cold this time like it was a win. then we noticed no ketchup or napkins. North Bend Burger King... Taking horrific service to the next level,...
Read moreWe dont normally eat at Burger King, but were passing through on the way out of town and wanted to use up a gift card we had. We pulled up to the drive through, were greeted and asked what we wanted to order. We said we needed a moment to look at the menu. After deciding (pretty quickly, maybe 30 seconds) we said we were ready to order, but no one responded. After waiting a few seconds, we asked if anyone was there to no response either. We saw a car being served up ahead and thought maybe they were just busy for a second and decided to wait. That car left and still no one responded, so we repeated that we were ready to order again with still no response. After about 2 minutes of sitting there literally yelling "hello" a few times, we just decided to pull up to the window. No one was at the window either, but someone came up after seeing us there a few seconds later. We told them no one was responding and he gave some excuse for not being able to answer. We gave him our order and then proceeded to give him our gift card. He looked at it and said, we can't take those here, our gift card reader is broken. He wasn't even very apologetic about it either. So we decided to take our business elsewhere. Honestly a huge waste of time waiting in that drive through for nothing. Bad customer service experience. And if you want to use a gift card, go to some other...
Read moreOh boy - where to start....So we stopped through for a "fast" burger and a pit stop. When I came inside, there was a line of 5-6 people - which I figured couldn't take too long.....wrong! While the young guy working appeared to be relatively new (and it's never fun to be new), he had to flag down the manager a few times to help with orders. The manager was pretty busy and obviously flustered.... After about 10 minutes, I got up to order. I ordered a couple fish sandwiches and a chicken burger to go. I hit the bathroom - which was out of paper towels. I mistakenly assumed that things had to go up from here. Nope.....10 minutes after ordering, people after me were getting there food. I was told my food was coming. After another 10 minutes, it was pretty obvious they forgot about my order. I flagged the guys down and it was confirmed - burgers were ready, but they forgot! So, after about 35 minutes - we were able to take off from the "fast food" restaurant. They didn't throw in any napkins, but at least they got my order right!
Food was standard, as expected, but the whole experience as pretty bad! I won't be coming back to this burger king any time soon....and I suggest you look elsewhere for your "fast" food - this place...
