Pet Place Market — Local services in North Bend

I stumbled upon this place by accident when I was one hour into a 34 Hour Rd. trip with two dogs across the country. I was in such a frantic panic as one of the two dogs had started throwing up all over the car. I was so stressed out And I pulled over to try and Google a pet store nearby and this one was the closest one. I called first and explained briefly my situation to the young lady on the phone and she was so sweet and told me she was going to help me by picking out a few things before I got there. I got there and both dogs were acting crazy. One of them jumped out of the car And I was having trouble even getting her on her leash. The two ladies inside the store came out and helped me get her on a slip tie and helped me get the other dog that was throwing up and get them in the store safely. She helped me find some CBD Tincture that would help with the nausea and relaxation for my pup and she even helped me give it to him because I was terrified to hold his jaws open! They were so kind and so thoughtful and so nice to me and my crazy dogs. They even helped me by giving me supplies to clean up the throw out of my car before we took back off on the road. had the most lovely human help me today after coming over snoqualmie pass to bring my two not very happy cats to my boyfriends house. every single question i had was answered and every worry i had was validated and comforted. i could not be more appreciative of this place or the wonderful person (whose name i anxiously forgot to ask) for helping me. and after swapping cat photos and voicing my concern for my very unhappy and anxious cats, i was given a bracelet off this wonderful persons wrist saying “you’re a great cat mom and a great person have this”. i wish i knew their name so i could properly thank them. my whole year was made by the love and patience and acceptance i experienced at this shop today. thank you so much for loving our pets as...

This was my first time visiting Pet Place Market and I only have wonderful things to say about it. It's set up nice, clean and fun. The best part for me though was the staff and their knowledge and personalities! She had so much information for me, answered all my questions. Didn't talk down about other companies or foods they may not carry. Just unbiased information so I could make the best decision for my pets. It was busy with customers, but she never rushed me or held back with service. Customer service in my opinion is really lacking all over the place. Employees act like customers are a bother.
