Applebee's Grill + Bar — Restaurant in North Bergen

Starting with the good, the service was fast and they gave free soda refills which is a plus. The bad starts when I start discussing the actual food. First off I ordered the Mac n cheese with fried chicken. I would NOT have ordered this had I known it would only be coming with three little chicken nuggets in it. The taste of the Mac n cheese was a bit bland and not filling really. Also had some ribs which were not meaty enough and did not come off the bone quite easily as it should have. We ordered a dessert and the ice cream was melted before it even got to our table. It looked so different than the picture that I thought they perhaps got the wrong thing. It was nice of them to add an extra scoop of ice cream on the side to make up for it but again would not have ordered that if I knew it would come out that way. The bill was a bit pricy for applebees style food as I coulda gone to a sushi place and spent less money while being filled up. Definitely not my best experience at one of their establishments and I would rather just hit up five guys right behind them. One of the workers was staring at my friend and I after we finished implying it’s time for us to head out lol yeah I got the hint trust me, loud and clear I felt that glare next time just tell me it’s time to leave instead of staring at us, anyhow highly doubt there will be a next time. This Apple bees rest in north Bergen nj, is the most nasty ,rude, not clean, on professional restaurant I hv ever eaten in my life. the lines are horrible, the waiters are RUDE N NOT POLITE,u ask for something a cup of water n 3 years later they bring it to u. to get our order its better to order ahead of time cause it will take at least 3 hours to get it. another thing HOW THE HELL R U GOING TO GIVE ME A DIRTY PLACE STILL WITH FOOD ATTACH R U SERIOUS NASTYYYYYYYYY,and when order urFOOD it does not come out full it's all crazy missing pieces of food, hasta cuando de pingggaaaa, after to TOP IT OFF U HV BEEN WAITING FOR ETERNITY TO GET UR BILL , SHE THE WAITER HAS THE BALLS TO ASK U FOR A TIP , NO JODAS NI LOCA....PLEASE DONT EVER GO TO THIS APPLEBEES EVER. 2yrs ago, this place was a 4rating. The food is still solid. But the service has changed. Went on a Wed. Totally empty, only 4 tables and 3 servers. No greeter around but one of the servers did seat us right away. After being seated we waited a while before 1st contact. We asked for water and our drinks. No one behind the bar. Victoria came back and we ordered the apps and meal. We waited about 15min. And our apps came out. Still no water or beer. Finally half way thru apps we get drinks and 1 water. About 40 min into the dinner our food arrives. At which point we get to see Victoria again (haven’t seen since we ordered). I fake choking in order to get my water. She came by 5 min later to see if we needed anything and that’s it. Now we were ready to pay but no one was around. Literally all servers were by the soda station having a chit chat for god knows how long. We could have left and no one would notice. Look at my pics. Maybe wed are treated like whatever days but went there for a quick bite and left aggravated! I left my review from 2 yes ago. To be fair:

Solid place for a super casual family dinner. The food is good enough, the wait staff is friendly. Never a wait longer than 10min. Overall nothing to...
