I really hope the owner of this specific location read my comment .... after a long day of 12 hours work, I decided to go out with my kids for a nice dinner, but it wasn’t . I choose this place and it was very disappointing... the first issue I had , it was for a cup, I asked for a cup with the lip and they denied me , even though I explained it was for a baby.... the second issue it was with my order I asked for salchichapapa, and I didn’t know comes with some ingridients I don’t eat, so I went back nicely and friendly to tell the SUPERVISOR her name is CARMEN, if they can change it , because i don’t eat those ingredients, so she in a really bad way tells me that they can not than I’m supposed to know they come like that, HELLO it was my first time, and probably my last time at this location. Like, for real are you going to die or go broke just for a cup , and remake a salchipapa ???? Even in McDonald’s that is the cheapest restaurant in USA , they remake things for you, and give a free cup, even the one for the kids ..... I honestly hope the owner can talk to this person and tell her to change her attitude to the customer. I will understand food cost and blah blah blah, but still it wasn’t a caviar .... 😓😓 at the end I took the food home and put it in the trash ..... and my dinner time was not that...
Read moreThe only reason i keep coming back to this place is the food because the people behind the counter are never eager to see you, if you ask for any sauce or napkins they give you an attitude. I had an incident today where i asked the lady if she could change my mango smoothie because it tasted like the mango has gone bad, she gave me the meanest attitude, and showed me where the fruit comes frozen that there's no way it could taste bad. I said well that doesn't mean that the fruit can't go bad just because is frozen. You don't know how it was handled before it arrived at the store, it could have been a case where a cooler went bad, and sent a bad batch. Anyways at least at the end of the day after a back, and forth she decided to make it right, and made me a new flavor. I went there with my family, and they gave everyone a bad taste. Even to ask for napkins was a problem tha k god for the food like i said, if not this place would have been finished, which it might be soon with the attitude, i see that place more empty every time i go. I spent over $120 in food, why the hell can't i be treated fairly, and...
Read moreDecent, however - once affordable - pricing now match close to others like McDonald's. And no.. It's not "inflation". The price of a single burger on average going from $4.50 to $11.40 is [insert your own word]. Portions have also decreased. With the only option of fries being "papas regular", you'd perhaps imagine the small case you purchase to be a full sized order. It actually comes out to being in between a small to medium amount of French fries when compared to others as well. Most likely this is the reason why most order other specific items such as just meat on a stick. It's more meat than a burger and yet cheaper, ironically but not as underwhelming. Where normally you're expected to spend an average of $15-20 you can safely expect an order to total $25-30 & this is before tax.
Suffice to say, when [if], pricing goes back to what is normal - it'd receive more reasonable attention and attraction as a place to eat. For the time being, it's as unforgiving as other major names in this category, and no - the prices do not reflect the market costs of the actual raw...
