China Taste — Restaurant in North Bergen

Well, all Chinese restaurants get food from the same supplier. So to compare the taste between places in the same area is essentially useless. That is to address the posts that this place has better food, the other one is horrible. It's just being reheated for many products. I was buying food in China Taste for about a year, it was not always the same, not because they made it different but because supplier had different stock. One thing for certain, in the North Bergen and nearby areas that was the cheapest place. And I never had any issues with customer service (contrary to other take-outs). Unfortunately, as of Jan 6, 2022 the business is closed. Now might have to pay for credit card charge, delivery charge and 10% more for food cost. That is beside demanded tip or no food delivered. (Chinese often don't pay the delivery man at all). That's the info after my research yesterday.

My mom was a regular at this place, she ordered delivery and paid for her food and tipped the driver every single time. There was one single time where my mom cancelled ON THE PHONE because the lady gave her a price that was higher than normal. My mom said to “just cancel it” and the driver showed up anyway which is literally a miscommunication on their end. Because of this I tried to order today and the owner apparently placed a memo on both my mothers and my phone number we can only order the food in store. I called to explain that this was literally a miscommunication that only happened one time. Their rude boss refuses to speak to me saying that “we always cancel” (it literally happened once) and that the driver apparently refuses to deliver as well. If one time is all it takes for these people to not wanna serve you it probably means you shouldn’t eat here! I hope all the staff sees this because you work for a...

My opinion this is the best Chinese place in North Bergen been going there since I'm a kid so maybe I'm a little bit biased but at the same time I catch myself being very disappointed if I eat Chinese food from anywhere else in the area great family-owned business they've been there for years very professional very rarely is there ever a mistake the deliveries are pretty on point they don't usually make you wait long and of course you have the availability to pick up your order as well ...if you don't want to wait for a delivery ... especially if you're local why wait it's Chinese food its supposed to be fast...its really good food at a very fair price it's a clean place to eat in when it's available to eat in you know nowadays things have changed ...even where and how you can eat.... enjoy China Taste..it is the place.... to feed your face....just try eating with chopsticks it always tastes better with...
