Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Bergen

Costumer service at this location is fairly poor. Every time I walk into this specific location and place my order the employees here are rude and in a rush. With or without a long line the employee's here are nasty when taking orders. In a way that it makes you feel like it's your fault that they are having a bad day everyday. I recently moved into town and live walking distance to this location. Everyday before work I will get either medium coffee or tea. Every time I receive my drink it taste nothing to my liking or what I asked for. But I never fuss over it, I just take it and try again the next day. I waste about $13 weekly everyday on coffee so I spend roughly $52 monthly to not like my coffee is a waste. I'm at the point that I will rather get in my car drive to a different Dunkin Donuts. To receive decent customer service and actually get what I asked for. Ohh and the reason I gave them 2 stars. Due to a young employee noticing that my order was wrong before handing it to me. Inconsistency is their practice, disregard ordinary curb-side from the app, they're not going to bring your order out.

If you wanted a bagel toasted, you'll have better odds hiting slots at a casino. Bagels are barelly toasted, you can't request how toasted. It's either your bagel is in a toaster for few seconds or not at all. Anything that requires heat to cook, will likely be undercooked like their hash browns.

sometimes, their bread or pastr items are stale amd that includes bagels. Coffee orders go from 0-100 and to back. It tastes water down most often enough.

They're service is slow, and employees radiate stale, bitter, and annoyed attitude. While some days, I'd give the place 4/5 But inconsistency has finally reached its toll after another uncooked bagel reached my lap.

Sat. Feb 13, 2021. 1:51AM. Rating this place a 0 if I could. I placed an Uber Eats order, 6 donuts & 2 drinks. When my Uber driver arrives I only receive a bag with my drinks. My husband and I nicely call the driver and he explains how he does not have control over what he receives that he just delivers what is given to him. We then call this Dunkin where I am answered by the rudest employee, yelling over the phone. I ask about my 6 donuts and he continues to talk to other customers while I am talking and then hangs up. Now, we are not on our second but our third call and he continues to argue back and forth with my husband and I telling us he isn’t going to send our donuts. Hangs up the phone on us once again.
