5/5, this was the best Neapolitan I've had here so far. I'm a big Neapolitan enthusiast, I make my own in a pizza oven on a weekly basis, and I'd like to think I have the technique down. Every now and then we go out for pizza and the bar is that it has to be equal to or better than mine (especially with prices of Neapolitan style pizza at restaurants). 1. Crust - very similar to mine, I would say differences primarily due to relax time (I did order it at a non standard time), flour type, and fermentation time. The owner said it was a 4 day fermentation and then warmed to temp for dinner, while we came in at lunch so the dough was not 100% ready yet. Still tasty, very soft, definitely representative of a multi day fermentation. 2. Sauce - fresh tomato sauce, very light on salt (maybe none added?), tastes quite similar to my own self made sauces, in any case this would be an authentic Neapolitan pizza sauce. 3. Cheese - fior de latte, I believe they used fresh mozzarella, it is a bit runnier/watery and this was reflected in the crust as it soaked up a bit of moisture if you let it sit. Fresh mozz is the Neapolitan standard, and thus it was authentic, I personally prefer aged, but it was still delicious. 4. Presentation - standard 14" ceramic pizza plates, also with 14" pizza boxes; cut into 6 slices. Ultimately I give this 5 out of 5, best Neapolitan style pizza I've had at a restaurant around here. Given you're ordering a whole pizza, the cost is big higher than ordering slices (but on par for most Neapolitan pizzas in the area).

Update 2/6/25 - our favorite local pizza!!! The owner really cares about providing good food and a good experience. ************* The NY style pizza has become a take-out staple in our house. It is a little fancier than your average pizza. We finally got the chance to dine in for lunch this past weekend. We walked in and no one greeted us or acknowledged us. We eventually asked the employee behind the counter (who was seemingly ignoring us) if we were supposed to sit down somewhere, or order or what? So, it turns out you order at the counter, which we did. Employee told us they would bring us water. We got our salad in a take-out container, as well as a pile of plastic silverware and paper plates. We had to go to the counter and ask for water (also in take-out cups). The pizza took 25 min. We got the Roman Square pizza. It was very tasty. It's unfortunate that you get high-quality food, but have to eat it with take-out stuff when you dine-in. Very disappointing & not environmentally conscious. Good food, service could use some work. Also note: the pasta is only available for dinner.

I had a fantastic lunch at No Regrets Pizza Co. My partner and I were warmly greeted by the super friendly and enthusiastic owner. We shared a delicious mortadella sandwich ($12) and enjoyed the lunch special—2 slices of pizza and a large soda for $11. The NY-style margherita was good, but the Roman-style pepperoni pizza with hot honey was to die for! My partner loved the NY-style pepperoni slice too. We also checked out the dinner menu, which is very reasonably priced, especially knowing everything is made in-house. I can’t wait to return soon to try their dinner offerings! —-EDIT—— We came here a couple of weeks ago for lunch, and the owner told us to come back for dinner, so we obliged. We were nothing short of impressed. The wine was perfectly priced. We ordered two artisan pizzas—pepperoni and pear—and all shared the pistachio pasta. It was very good, especially after the owner’s wife recommended adding olive oil. We highly recommend doing that! The prickly Rita was also delicious. 10/10 would recommend! PS shout out to our amazing waiter Ken!

I'm new to the area and have been looking for a good happy hour. No Regrets is closeby and mentioned craft cocktails, which i really enjoy. I got there as happy hour was starting and got a place at the bar. Person behind the bar was friendly and gave me menus... the happy hour menu doesn't have any cocktails at all. It's just liquor on rocks according to the bartender. Ok...Bullet on rocks is ok but it's mainly a mixing drink imo. I ordered the roasted Brussel sprouts and they were really good...although some of the pork had gristle...not a big deal. Just put in my cocktail napkin. Eating my app and a guy keeps walking by asking if I want another drink even though it's still half full. I tell him maybe in a few. I finish the Brussels and my drink and when the bartender takes my plate I ask for the wifi password. She tells me over her shoulder as she walks away. I try it and it doesn't work. I ask her a few minutes later after flagging her down because she is having animated conversations with a few other employees at the end of the bar. She tells me the same and I tell her it didn't work. She says capitalize the first letter and walks away. Once again it doesn't work. We play this game for another 10 minutes. I flag her down, she tells me another pw and it doesn't work and she is already back in her conversations with other employees. I finally ask her to ask someone else. After a few guesses by others we find the right pw. Great. My drink has been empty for 20 minutes and the guy who wanted to fill it when it was half full, just keeps cruising back and forth and hasn't asked again. There are only 4 people, including me at the bar so several people behind the bar probably should have noticed i need a drink and my water is empty. Another ten minutes goes by and I finally flag the bartender down and order a pizza with the roman crust. Still no fill up. 10 minutes later... pizza comes out and it looks good. Few minutes later I ask for a plate and she gives me one and fills my water. The pizza is great! I end up eating the whole thing and really enjoyed it. After I finished I waited a few minutes, flagged my bartender down with the "check please " sign and she checks me out. She is friendly and had a short conversation but only as I was leaving. I likely would have had two more drinks if anyone had been paying attention. Overall...food was very good. Drinks... cant screw up bourbon on the rocks but there are no cocktails in the happy hour menu. And the service...mostly...

My heart gives this place a 5/5, as does my stomach. The food was truly amazing. My partner and I just visited No Regrets after reading about it in Bethesda Magazine. No Regrets is more than a pizza place, it is a lovely sit-down style restaurant. They have pasta and sandwiches if you're not feeling pizza, which would be a shame at this place. The Brussel sprouts had a sweet glaze and savory bacon which instantly became a favorite, I will be craving them soon. Then came the pizza. The roman style offers a soft crunch, caramelized edges, and the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. This is what sets No Regrets apart from all the other pizza places. We got the White and Soppressata pizzas which were mouthwateringly good. This will 100% be a regular date night spot for us, or a spot whenever we crave pizza.

The owner is amazing. He kept checking in on us, made conversation, and took care of us and his staff. You would never have known it by the quality of the restaurant, but this is the first restaurant he has ever owned. Everything is made fresh in house daily, from the dough to the sauce to the pastas, everything. He came up with the design, aesthetic, atmosphere, menu, and even has his own recipes. You can tell this is a place of love and passion meeting him. He told us the history of the place down to how the place was painted. Every detail is perfectly thought out.

Now the ONLY reason I am not, begrudgingly, giving this spot 5 stars (at the moment) was our server. We noticed how the other servers were attentive and took care of their tables, but that was not the story with our server. Our server, he checked on us once to take our order and that was it. Our drinks were empty by the time the appetizer hit the table and he never refilled them. He did not check on us once. While everything else about the restaurant is perfection, this server just ruined it a little bit. The rest of the staff cleared our plates (after we stacked them) and the manager checked in on us, thankfully, or we would still be sitting at our table now. We had to ask the manager for the check, he brought our boxes to the table, the busboy cleared our table, but I wish we had been checked on and had our drinks refilled (which never happened) by our server who hung out behind the bar and stood around. The other servers, staff, and manager were amazing. Do not skip out on this spot at all, it really is amazing. We plan to become regulars, we will just avoid...

I am a foodie for good pizza, and have a deep love for a solid neapolitan-style pizza. Their dough and bake is one of the most exceptional I've had in the DC area. The owner and chefs have really done their homework and have a killer recipe and process for making a great neapolitan bake. They have very low residual sugar or gassing in their crust, which is a big part of what makes the bake wonderful. They also use very good quality ingredients and it shows in their product.

One of the things that I especially appreciate is that they do multiple styles of bake well. There are a handful of places in the dc area that do great neapolitan pizza (Pupatella in Arlington, Ema Rossi and La Speranza in Silver Spring, and Inferno in North Potomac are a few comparable), but most pizza places only offer one style of bake. No Regrets also do a really nice Sicilian style thick crust that is not heavy or bloated, and has an incredible chew and flavor. It is really nice to have a few different styles of pizza in one meal that are all solid.

I come from a family with Sicilian heritage and homemade meatballs are damn near impossible to get close to in a restaurant, they just take too much time and have a lot of variation in the make-up of ingredients. No Regrets are probably one of the closer I've had to our family's style in a restaurant in a long time.

The deserts are a bit non-traditional, they don't do icing and I really enjoyed how they made that work. The olive oil cake is similar to a pound cake and has a blood orange drizzle that garnished it, and the carrot cake had a light powdered sugar instead of cream cheese frosting/icing and a nice hint of spice. Both were flavorful and neither left that bloated feeling of I've eaten too much at the end of the meal.

The staff are on-point, kind and attentive, and the owner stopped by our table a few times to talk to us, get our thoughts and share how they make their pizza.

My significant other and I used to keep a running tally of our favorite pizza places in the DC area, and benchmark a shop's pizza Margherita the first time we would eat there. We no longer do because there are just too many places, but if we did, No Regrets would probably end up being in the top 5 (I wouldn't be surprised if it made top 3) in the near future. I really enjoyed our meal, and will probably frequent...
