Apparel Pros — Local services in North Branch

I ordered a hoodie for my daughter that ended up being over $90. I thought it was a bit much being they were selling a more ornate one for $65. When I picked it up, the embroidery looked terrible. There were loops in the thread, the straight lines look like the machine got caught and made a mess. The lettering had a border. The inner thread color went outside of the border thread. I brought it back in and they were going to reorder and remake it. Got the call to go back and get it only to get the same sweatshirt with the loops cut out and now there are spaces all over in the wording and the lines are still a mess. I was told that I should be happy because someone else saw it and wanted it. Not an appropriate response to a customer that isn't happy with a messy job. I won't be back and will be ordering lettermen jackets and apparel elsewhere. They used to have very high quality products, the new ownership doesn't seem to care about that or keeping customers happy. I expected more after spending $90...

We have ordered both screen printed and embroidered items from Apparel Pros and we are SO IMPRESSED. Their turn around time, quality, attention to detail, customer service - all incredible.

We just picked up a very large and chaotic order (of course nobody in our office could order the same items lol). Apparel Pros took the time to go through all of our items and package them based on who ordered what which is SO appreciated. They went above and beyond.

I can't recommend Tracey and Apparel Pro's highly enough! Great customer service, they have gone above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Not to mention their online store option allowing employees to pick from a range of styles/colors etc makes the ordering...
