Bojangles — Restaurant in North Carolina

What a wonderful experience. Unfortunately my day started badly when I seen a young man steal a 10 dollar piece of jewelry in the mall. I was saddened by this sight. Saddened by the sight and reflection on the future younger generation.

However this evening after booking my hotel near by we decided to eat at BoJangles.

I was blessed to end my day with a very courteous and helpful young man. My meal was exactly what it was suppose to be. We absolutely loved everything we ate. We loved the service and the prices were less than what you would expect for the quantity and quality of food given. This was a great experience and this would definitely be our favorite restaurant if we lived closer!

I just ordered from them early in the morning you think the food would be hot and fresh The biscuits were dries rocks and the tea had no sugar in it whatsoever and bitter. The biggest reason is poor management poor teaching and nobody's held accountable anymore. We're afraid to hurt people's feelings we're afraid to say fire them we're afraid of getting the food. People need to do their jobs if they don't they need to be let go but they need to have proper management and people that care. Unfortunately nobody cares anymore. And people need to be paid on their abilities not across the board this isn't socialism. they can get artificial intelligence to take your order but they can't get somebody to make a fresh biscuit anymore.every time I get one as hard as bricks so I'm done...

Ehhhh never ate from Bojangles before. Was never really my thing.... Never knew what they sold prior to this visit but my husband felt for fried chicken. Lol so.... We stopped here. Wasnt bad at all. The fries and chicken were good. A little different but good enough. I'm not a fan of fried chicken to be honest so I don't want to judge to harshly.. I really enjoy buiscuts but.... These from Bojangles were just straight up dry. Think I need to stick to my west indian food. 😂 At least he enjoyed it.

Oh yeah.... My husband ended up tossing the mashed potatoes out the window messing up the outside of the car 😑😂 but he didn't even try it. Just swoop.... right out the window! It seemed as if they mixed the gravy and mashed potatoes up. Wasn't appealing to the eye...
