Bojangles — Restaurant in North Carolina

The service at this location on today, January 16, 2025 has been less than desirable the on duty female Hispanic short shrimp of a manager ran hid in the office as I complained about my order being incorrect I placed online on the Bo app the manager refused to refund my money. She also refuse to give me her name. Therefore I’m online making a Google review and I will make a Google review every day until I find out her name and that she is reprimanded for being a Horrible customer service representative for the Bojangles location on Carolina Beach Road in monkey Junction. They have no one that knows how to speak to a customer you accuse a customer of placing a wrong order and I return with the customer is always right first and foremost, and secondly, I came in and my order was missing the biscuits and my sides were in correct they gave me three sides of fries. I did not order that I called and asked for a manager. She put someone on the phone random name John he tells me that he could give me the general manager‘s number I called that number and I got left on a voicemail....

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food place. I placed the order almost 2 hours before I needed it and ask if I needed to call when I was on my way and the girl said No it will be ready when you come inside. She did not ask me for a credit card. I gave her my name and phone number. When we got there the doors were locked and they did not have half the chicken for the order and said they did not have anyone there that could fry more chicken. I told them we needed the chicken. She said well wait and came back and said someone would do it but it would take 15 to 20 minutes. I told her we would wait. They did not like that but said they would get it done. We were taking food to grieving family who's husband is dying. I had a certain time to have it delivered, . 40 minutes later we got the chicken, so we were late delivering. The attitude of the staff, especially the girl at the window was- could not care less about customers. They did not even say we are sorry you had to wait. Last time I will ever trust them with an order. ...

I was just at the restaurant with my family a group of 20 , We ordered 2 20 piece tailgates & they gave us less than 40 pieces of chicken , they forgot our fries i had to go back and get them , I had 2 4 piece supreme dinners and they gave me 5 fries in my boxes i had to ask for more , As i went to go get some ketchup i saw 2 of the employees in the back kissing in the kitchen, they said we we’re going to get fresh meat and they gave us cold meat with no flavor, They had all the food that was supposed to be hot in the containers were all in containers and we asked why they said “we put all the food away early” it was 8:00pm they close at 11 , JUST IMAGINE ! . We were hungry so we ate the food anyways , another thing as we were all leaving we went to the bathroom all the girls I saw a cockroach and toilet with blood the bathroom trash were full and disgusting with blood . the boys bathroom were also disgusting ! the staff that was taking my order was very slow didn’t know what she was doing . i will never and do not recommend anybody...
