This place is goated but for the love of god someone tell the employees to stop drenching the tacos w the sauce. I always ask for a LITTLE sauce and by the time I get home I can’t even hold my taco without covering my hands in slime. Usually I just tank it but this time was the last straw, they are so wet. Like does it really look appetizing to them? Idk I just watch in disgust. Also ik I’m being picky at this point but at least make an effort to evenly distribute toppings when there’s no line. They just threw a handful of pico on half of one and the other 3 have like none. Now I gotta play with my food pretty much to fix it. Anyways I love this place never change the dollar tacos but chillll on the sauce. The photo attached it the taco sticking to the foil while being held nearly straight up due to the amount of sauce that’s gotten on the outside of the tortilla

EDIT: okay I didn’t want to have to do this but Jesus Christ that was disgusting. My review is directed to the shorter young lady that was working toppings. I think maybe her English isn’t great but it’s literally always her. My tacos are so wet it’s brutal, I have to wash my hands mid way thru every taco. Last time the same thing happened with her, I even pinched my fingers to say “little” sauce. I guess maybe it’s a miscommunication but at least make an effort to make them good. Last time my food was made this pathetically was McDonald’s and that was one of worst meals I’ve ever...

Me and my co worker went in for lunch. Walking up to the counter there was a fly crawling all over and in between the rice. Before ordering I asked the server was he gonna remove the rice and replace it, he tells me no and there is nothing he can do about it. I ask him for a manager because I wasn't gonna eat that rice he goes on to tell me I'm at least fixing your food and he didn't know where his manager was and he wasn't gonna change the rice out. He was gonna continue to serve the rice. This is so unexceptional til I'm warning others of the unsanitary that this place was ok with doing to customers. I couldn't even get his name because he was not even wearing a name badge. The manager finally came out and apologized to us for his employees behavior. Well this probably been going on we just so happened to catch it and say something about it. I will not give them my service anymore until they get better with training their employees on sanitation. I have been coming to this islands for years now. We always order food ahead and pick it up. For 3 months now i have ordered consistently and picked up food for my kids once a week. A couple weeks ago they told my mother in law they lost her order. Today a friend went down there to pick up a meal for my kids that i ordered. The manager kept telling her they were working on it and she went back an hour later and it still wasnt ready. The manager then got on the phone with me very rude insisting that i ordered from grubhub and someone picked up my order. I told them thats impossible I dont even have a grubhub account. I also have done this weekly for months. He then checked his system and indeed saw an online order. I literally have an account on their website where i get rewards points for every order i place with them. How can you have an online ordering system and have no idea about it and then rudely say that I had to have ordered a way...
