Iām only writing this because your so called manager didnāt handle my issue. I ordered two simple deserts. I showed up 5 mins early and the girl at the desk stated ā the order just hit our system, itāll be out in one minuteā . I was fine with that and sat down and waited. Place is completely dead and the two girls are just talking at the desk doing nothing. I see a bag come out a few mins after I sat down. Girls look at the order and looks around while making eye contact with me. Then they leave the bag on the counter. 15 mins go bye and now my order that was suppose to be ready at 9:20 itās now 9:35. I ask the girls nicely for an update, they ask me my name. Strange, Iām the only customer waiting. I tell them and they immediately say āoh itās right hereā and grab the bag off the counter. My hot desert and ice cream were just left on the counter the whole time. I get frustrated but grabbed the bag they handed me and walked out. I realize the girls never double checked the bag and sure enough my chocolate and caramel are missing. I walk back in frustrated and ask for a manager. Girl refuses and says let me fix what the issue is. I say no, I want to speak with a manager. She then says ā Iāll get you a manager but tell me the issue ā I tell her about the missing stuff and she goes and gets it (no apology). Then a manager thatās heavy set with a poneytail comes over. Asks me what the issue is right in front of the two girls. I tell him Iām frustrated and exactly what happened. He says ā thanks for letting me knowā. I say thatās it? He says āyes thanks for informing meāwhile giving me a dirty look. A simple we messed up and we are sorry would have been great. I then get home and my cheesecake is disgustingly warm and ice cream melted because they left my order out on the counter. This was a horrible experience and I wonāt be back. A simple order when the store wasnāt even busy couldnāt be handled and then your rude āmanagerā made the situation worse. Iād love to speak to the store manager if that person actually cares. If not Iāll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am not a frequent flyer of Buffalo wild wings. My husband goes with his buddies pretty regularly. On this particular visit, we ended up with a server who, according to my husband, they had before. He was not impressed with the service he had experienced with her during that visit, but we were crossing our fingers that this experience would be different. We came on a Thursday, BOGO boneless wings!! We ordered original, buffalo, spicy, garlic, and teriyaki- fried pickles (my daughters a pickle freak lol) and we all had a soda. Within five minutes, we had wings on the table⦠No silverware⦠And somehow the fried pickles took longer to cook than the wings. š¤Now the wings were not hot. They were barely warm, but we were hungry and my husband said it didnāt matter to him so we let it go. The flavors were great. Original buffalo is pretty spicy, but taste great. The spicy garlic is similar, but definitely has more of a garlic flavor⦠Which I like and so is my daughter. The teriyaki was sweet. It was a nice change from the spicy. It took a few minutes for us to get silverware and napkins- I ended up having to ask a different waitress for that. Not that you absolutely have to have silverware for chicken wings, but boneless wings- I like to stick a fork in them and bite them off the fork. Our drinks went empty⦠Had to ask a different server for refills. We needed a box and a check. I had to ask a different server for that. Now she brought back the check and the one small round box. Maybe taking a second to take inventory on how many boneless wings we had left mightāve been a clue that we needed an extra box- or two actually- but no. Again, I had to ask another server for a box. I donāt really feel like it was super busy⦠there were plenty of other servers there. I was a server for a while, and I really give people the benefit of the doubt but she really just didnāt seem to care. Iām not a Karen and I wasnāt a jerk but I will remember her name for the next time we go back. š Please š donāt see me in that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give no stars... I would. First we went for a family dinner after our sons talent show because Buffalo Wild Wings is his favorite place. We asked to be seated in a booth and told there was none available and were sat in the bar area, not even asked if we would like to wait for a booth to open up. The place was freezing and the music was turned up so loud we had to just about scream across the table to talk to each other. Our waitress came and took our drink order then came back to take or food order. We ordered the appetizer sampler so we could snack before our meal. The appetizer came out at the exact time as our Meal and the appetizer was cold, you could tell it had been sitting. The onion rings were full or grease, the nachos were soggy, the boneless buffalo wings were hardly tossed with any sauce and the mozzarella sticks were cold and the cheese was like eating a cold string cheese. My fiancĆ©ās burger was over cooked and burnt and was like it had sat in a pile of grease and had no flavor. My buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce and was just plain chicken. Our waitress didnāt even bring our stuff out, someone else did and she showed up just as our food was getting delivered, continuing to ask if it was ok. We hadnāt even gotten to try anything, we were literally helping the other waitress put the trays down. After that we seen our waitress one time and that was to get our bill. There was a dirty table that was next to us and then there was a table of about 8 kids at another table next to us. The waitress brought their food out on a tray and sat it on the dirty table and walked away for about 3-4 minutes then came back to distribute their food.... which had sat on a dirty table. I will not recommend this BWW to anyone, Absolute...
