I use this location on a regular basis.. With an average of one a week. I rarely have a problem, and the staff is usually very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately I had a sour experience here. My last time ordering delivery I had just 3 sandwiches. all were normal and had no special adjustments to the sandwiches. We waited for almost 2 hours for our food. We live about only .5 of a mile to the door of our home. I was very upset and wanted answers. I felt like a phone call or something to let us know that we were going to be getting our food late. That would have been a very appropriate way to let us know that we were being taken care of and not just forgotten. When I called the store to speak with someone regarding our food. When a manager came to the phone she ended up telling me that the reason we didn't get our food until 2 hours later was because they had a ton of orders come in at the same time and they were short staffed in the kitchen that day. This was all before the food arrived at my door. Not long after this conversation the delivery driver showed up at my front door. The young lady that delivered our food that night usually delivers my food. She is a sweet girl with a big heart and I love having her be our delivery driver. It is such a pleasant experience having her show up at our front door with the amazing food from this domino's. I asked her what was going on with the delivery times that day and she said they were down delivery drivers. Now I don't know what was going on with that store, but maybe having everyone aware of the true problem is a good idea and would make the store feel more like a team and motive them to get things done in an orderly and timely fashion. Again I think this is a wonderful store and I look forward to the many visits I foresee in the future. I just hope the next time we don't wait almost 3 hours...
Read moreConsistently they update their app to be complete and out for delivery and then and hour and a half later it arrives room temperature. Called the corporate number for the franchise owner to call me and never ever get a call back. Also, who ever hires the management staff at this location needs to be let go. She was rude, and said per management they don’t give credits for cold pizzas. She offered to send me another one in two hours since they were short staffed due to people quitting. I can’t inagine why people are quitting due to being always short staffed. Maybe overworked? And the managements horrible customer service. Maybe the owner needs to clean house. He doesn’t return corporate complaint calls anyways. I’ll update when ever I get my pizza tonight. Let’s see if I hear from the owner after two corporate calls. Doubtful.
Oh, by the way, I just checked and the owner does answer five star reviews thanking people. Would be phenomenal if he would answer complaints or criticisms.
*update 4/3 The reply from Brian. He is not the franchise owner even though it says he is. He is the store manager. He asked me to email him, not call him. I still can’t get the owner to call me back. Calling dominos corporate back once again. I’ll update again.

Read moreI placed my order at 9:15, the website said 45 mins for delivery. When tracking, it showed it was quality checked at 9:40. So at 10:30 I called. At first they couldn't find an order under my phone number. When they did locate my order under "my number" I was told my driver should be leaving now. I live 10mins from the store. At 11 I called back to ask if my food was still there so I could pick it up. It was absolutely still there. So I advised I would come get it. I get there and there were things missing from my order. I did order 9 items but there was more than enough time to get it right. Now I have to wait AGAIN. At this point Im so over it! The worst part is when I finally got home at 11:30, my food was super cold. Also I ordered 2 pan extra cheese pizzas, one of them was exactly what I ordered. The other appeared to be an over cooked thin crust pie. Get this my order was put in as picked up at 10:06. Now it looks like the perfect timing. So not only lie about the delivery driver leaving at 1030 but also lie about my pick up time.There was no transparency about being short staffed. They could have been honest when I called the first time.There was no offering me a coupon or anything for this inconvenience. Not even my delivery tip back for a non delivery.
