I walked in at about 837pm on May 31st 2024. They are NOT scheduled to close until 9pm. The "Open" sign was turned off when I pulled up. I walk inside and was told they are only serving wraps and bowls because they have no bread ready. I asked were you out of bread. I was told No, it's because they're about to close in 20 mins. I said, but it's NOT 9pm yet. The girl said I know but we are closing in 20 mins. I just tried calling the store to speak with the manager about the situation, the phone just rings. I'm definitely reaching out to their higher ups in management. These establishments are hiring these YOUNG adults who have no training in GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and always In a rush to close a store on the weekends. Clean up should happen after store closing hours NOT during store open hours. Especially when stores are made to be open for business. I spend plenty of money with Jersey mikes I should never walk in a store During OPEN HOURS that makes subs And be told there's no bread ready because they are closing in 20 mins....

The young woman with a black septum piercing looked at me as if I was bothering her just for trying to order. When I politely said I was ready, she responded with clear attitude and hostility, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and unnecessary.
However, I want to take a moment to recognize Adam, the manager on this shift, who handled my concern afterward. Adam was professional, understanding, and treated me with genuine kindness when I called to discuss the issue. His attitude is exactly what good customer service looks like, and I truly appreciated how he took the time to listen and help.

I ordered for pick up, when I gave them my name, the guy grabs my bag, looks at me with this glare, and drops it with a thud, then turns and walks away. Like ok, it wasn't busy, only one person was there starting her order with a different person. No need to have an attitude.
About 2/3rd of the way through my sub I had a bite that just didn't taste right. I couldn't even eat anymore. Then an hour later, I got sick. Like running for any bathroom I could find kind of sick.
