My coworkers and I came to eat after work and have never had a problem in the past. It was a group of 10, a smaller group than what we usually have. When we initially got there the hostess said not all of us would be able to sit at the same table, when there was clearly a table that can sit 11 people open. It’s important I note that apart from our group, there were 4 other tables in the entire establishment at 11:40 pm. It’s also important that my co workers and I also work in the food industry and know what it’s like behind the scenes. After we asked if we could be seated at the bigger table, the hostess denied us and told us 8 people could sit at the 8 top and the other two would have to sit at the bar. We ended up sitting at the 8 top, since it was that servers turn and did not want to give up on a big group, even after being asked multiple times by a different server if they could take our group. I’m not exactly sure what happened after that, we had a different server 10 minutes later, her name is Aniyah, who was the one asking to take care of us at the beginning. Since they switched our server and seeing as how her section had the table of 11 open, we asked to be moved to which she seemed annoyed about. She moved us and took the drink order of two of my coworkers that had just arrived. They ordered two sodas and it took her 20 minutes for her to get them, and sat without a straw for another 10 min. She was hard to get ahold of and could not ask for one so eventually had to get up and walk to the bar to get a straw. She finally came to us to get our food order at 12:20, 40 minutes after arriving. We didn’t think it would take another 40 min for SOME of us to get our order. When the food was coming out only four of us got our order while the others waited another 10 minutes, and two never even received their order and cancelled it since it was late already. Not only were they coming out late but they were also coming out wrong. During the time some of the orders were coming out, which she wasn’t even running the food herself, she brought us all our bills, as well as boxes. Management seemed to have the wrong priorities. Instead of seeing if a large parties order was being handed out correctly, he was worried as to why two of us were drinking water out of glass cups instead of plastic ones. After reviewing my bill, I saw the 18% was applied, which is a usual standard with larger groups. Again I understand what it’s like to be in her position, but never in my life have I ever thought that someone was so undeserving of automatic gratuity. Aniyah carried herself in an ill manner towards us the entire time, not only was she late to getting two drinks but as well as the order, she was even receiving help from other coworkers and still could not manage a group she asked to take care of to begin with. I spoke with the manager to see if I could get the gratuity taken off my bill, to which he said “it’s company policy” with all due respect, your employees need better training and it’s bad management on your part rewarding the bad service Aniyah gave us. Why should Aniyah be rewarded 18% of my bill for giving terrible service?
I will not be returning to this establishment after today’s service. Not even on a busy night did I get...
Read moreThis is the 2nd horrible experience that I have had with under cooked or not cooked at all to-go food from this location. The 1st time was when i order a burger and the entire inside of it was pink. When I called to speak with someone about it the female that answered the phone didnt put it on mute so i was able to hear the entire conversation she was having about me with the other person. Mind you i wasn't rude, loud or mean. She was trying to make it seem like I had an attitude when she repeated what i told her about my food and was just wanting free food. When she came back on the phone i kindly let her know that she didnt put it on mute and that I hear every thing that she said and I didnt like how she was making it seem as if i had an attitude or was wanting free food. She didnt realize that I had heard her so she was said my bad. I didnt get free food bc i didnt want anything free. They did however gave me a credit to get my burger made over at a later date.
Fast forward to the more recent experience. 11-6-25 I order the salmon with mashed potatoes to-go (i order some other things as well and those where fine). I get home after a long day at work, crazy traffic on 77 and get settled to eat. Im sampling my kids food and the fried rib app i order. They was all really good. I took a few small bites of my salmon and it didnt taste right and the texture was of. I opened it up and noticed that it was pretty much raw on the inside. I was tired so i put it in the refrigerator and went to bed and decided that i would deal with it the next day 11-6-25. That night i was vomiting and on the toilet (if you know you know). The next day i had a few appointments, working and helping my son move into his 1st apartment. I didnt think about calling because I was busy. When I finally finished with my day i remember that I forgot to call them. So i called and asked for the manager. He gets on the phone and tell him about my food being raw and this man asks me "So, why didnt you call yesterday'? I said it was late and i was tired. He said "will what time was it since you said it was late"? I said does that matter im calling now. He said well we stay open late so you could've called last night and not have waited 24 hrs to call about this. We like to handle things on the same day that it happens and since you waited until the next day to call there isnt anything i can do about it. I let him know that it wasn't like i was planning or had it on my schedule to order raw seafood and over $20 just to get sick from it. I asked for corporate number or info. He didnt give it but instead said he would speak with his manager about it. I said you dont know my name or number so what is speaking to him going to do about the situation. He said in a nasty tone "How did you order it". I said "Online". He asked my name ONLY. I gave it. He said we will be in contact with you. I said how when you havent even asked me for my number. He said well you said you did the order online you gave your number didnt you?? I was said I dont remember what I gave. He said well you should have. He still never asked for my phone number. He said is there anything else i can help you with. I said no and he hung up.

Read moreMy first time here. I went for lunch. A 3.5 would be the better rating but since that’s not an option, closer to 3 stars.
Atmosphere: I was greeted when I first entered and was seated immediately. The restaurant was pretty empty but I noticed a lot of the tables were dirty as if they hadn’t been wiped off even though there were fresh plates and silverware on the tables. The floor also looked like it hadn’t been swept. There were straw wrappers etc on the floor. In hindsight I should have taken a pic. There are two big bars and plenty of tables and lots of TVs. I was seated at a table in the back near the bar. This is definitely a sports bar kinda vibe which I didn’t realize since I’ve never been before.
Food: I ordered the lobster salad roll with sweet potato fries. The lobster salad was very tasty however as another reviewer mentioned, there isn’t a lot of the lobster salad itself as you can see in the pic. It was just kind of on top of the bun. The base was a tomato that took up a lot of space. Not worth the $17 it cost but once again, a good flavor. I ordered it with no bacon and it came out with bacon but they fixed it so no biggie on that. I also ordered a burger to go for my nephew and the brownie sundae. The server mentioned the ice cream and that it may melt on the side ride home. I told her no problem but the pic is how it looked as soon as she brought it out. She apologized and said that’s just how it came out of the container. So perhaps the freezer isn’t cold enough. Not sure. Also ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheesecake.
Service: While the server was very nice she got missing after I placed my order. I wanted to order a drink but she didn’t come back until after my food came so I changed my mind. She also packed my to go food in one container with both hot and cold items vs putting them in separate bags. I thought maybe that was why the ice cream was melted but she said that wasn’t it.
Drinks: If you are a drinker then this is the place for you. They have lots of drink specials including a $5 margarita and $3.99 shots.
I don’t know if I would come back.
Update: Came back again with a friend that loves football to watch the game. The hostess was on her phone and acted keen we were bothering her. It took a while for our server to come so we had to flag down a manager. I didn’t eat this time but my friend ended up sending her food back because it wasn’t hot. One gentleman near us ordered and it took him 45 minutes to get his food and he just had a...
