Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in North Carolina

It is actually a Taco Bell that has a Pizza hut express. I ordered the largest size of the cinnabons. They're not exactly inexpensive, of course I ate one on the way home in the car and while they were lukewarm they were totally cooked in the inside. There was no filling. Normally I'm biting into something soft, warm, and gooey. I thought maybe I just got a bad one. Living only 5 minutes away I decided to continue home and see what the kids thought. Unfortunately all of them were past their time.

I did call the restaurant later that evening, the manager on duty was extremely nice, apologetic, and professional. We did receive another box the next time we went by. She also said (something like) she would go over procedure with the staff so nothing like this would happen again.

My husband was in the restaurant business for over 20 years and totally understand how things like this can happen. The manager on duty could not have handled it any better.

When we got our replacement box, they were absolutely perfect. Between the manager and the perfect cinnabons is why I gave 4 stars...

The manager was really nice however the food was not that great they definitely made up for it for the customer service but let's face it we go there for the food... Kids love these pizzas. Fortunately this express pizza shop is joined to Taco Bell. This makes it super convenient for picking up a variety of food for the entire family!

The restaurant is kept clean, the bathrooms are clean and have soap and towels.

The staff are a pleasure to deal with - as they are clearly about your service.
