Sbarro — Restaurant in North Carolina

When for lunch today, AWFUL! Place was filthy, left standing there waiting with 0 contact from staff. It seems that there were 2 people on duty, but only 1 actually working. The other girl was walking around with the phone ( store phone)stuck to her ear, and her panties hanging out, yummy! Neither girls had their extra long hair in a net or even up off of their backs or shoulders. Neither had gloves on while serving food. When ordering a combo, it comes with a side. . Hmm what do you choose when all bins are empty? When I asked what my choices where.. She looked at me like I was crazy & said salad or meatballs. Ok, the salad was literally crumbs, and the meatballs looked to be day's old..umm no thanks. I asked if any of the other side's would be replenished soon & very rudely she replied Umm no, not on my shift! Okkkkkkk.. Great! I used to stop in at least twice a week, guess I'll let these 2 quit or get tossed before I go back.Ladies, please remember you chose the job, you could at least put in some effort & show some self respect with your appearance . I don't think you expect anything less when your in a hurry or when you go out to eat. I am a server myself... I wouldn't dream of treating customer's like...

My wife and my two granddaughters and I ate a large pizza at Sbarro it was pretty good except for one question where is the cheese? There didn’t seem to be any cheese on this pizza at all lots of bread don’t get me wrong the bread was tasty but have you ever tried to eat a pizza with no cheese? I would give it a much higher score if they added a little cheese to their pizza. You can buy a whole extra large pizza there for the price of two slices.

Unprofessional and lazy staff. Poor customer service. I ordered online and they didn’t even notice the order until I pulled up to the store to pick it up. I had to tell them about the order before the looked it up on their tablet. And when I brought the issue up, the guy there literally canceled my order, what a disrespectful man!! Needs...
