Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in North Creek

I'd give 4.5 stars, but we'll round up.

From a food standpoint, the pizza is top-notch; superior to Zeeks, MOD, and Maltby. ++There's a thin, delightfully crispy layer of fat on the crust which isn't too much, but really improves the texture. ++The default sauce is just sweet enough and not too thin. ++I got additional shredded provolone on top, so I reduced the baseline cheese quantity to "light." This was a good call. The grease level was just right. The general cheese profile was ideal in this configuration. ++Arrived hot on a Friday night during the holiday season, and I live in unincorporated nowhere, so this was quite a feat. Delivery guy did a good job. ++Price is considerably lower than local sit-down places, and the delivery fee was surprisingly low, too. As for my complaints: --Meat toppings are a bit sparse by default; you can't select "heavy" when ordering online, only "normal," so I would advise adding at least two meat toppings to your order to compensate. --Their pizza cutter seems to be dull. It's a nuisance to try to pull a piece out of the box and end up ripping it apart. I hope they keep their cutters sharper in the future. --Cheesy bread side dish was cut unevenly, leading to irregular piece sizes.

Although I'd like to order again, I doubt my body would thank me. When next I have an occasion to order pizza, however, I'll certainly be...

1* is too many for our experience tonight. Ordered online & got 8 pc chicken when I ordered a 12 pc. Only got the 2 hot sauces that came free with the chicken but not the other 2 sauces I paid for. The pizza was slid over with pieces on top of each other. Oh & everything except the dessert cookie was cold (cheese stuffed bread is foul cold) Spent $55 for honestly a disgusting dinner my kids refused to eat. When I called they couldn't find my order although I was told numerous times they remember my order going out. Eventually I get the manager who offers me the chicken I paid for & a new pizza (supposedly hot). Would I like this now or credited for another time? ........well I can't feed my kids the idea of good hot pizza. So now please. 45 min later (first order was delivered quicker), my kids are about to eat the carpet rather than the crappy cold pizza, the new order arrives. And so I thank you Dominoes, for ruining my pizza movie night...

I don't know where bad reviews come from here. Here and there yes you get a "bad apple" one time my pasta had almost no sauce, another time it was burnt, and a final time, they were out if pasta. HOWEVER!!! This is all within the course of about twenty orders. Each time I called to tell them something was wrong, the manager went above and beyond to not only correct and fix the order at no charge to me, but added a bonus to make me happy.

When they were out if pasta, I got two free pasta, a cookie browny, a pizza, and bread bites with a two leattet completely free. No delivery charge even.

I have grown up with customer service. It is my pet peeve. If you don't have good customer service I don't care how "good" your product may be.

Let me tell you. There customer service is entirely to good. If I ever move, I'll still order from this store. I have never experienced such good care to customers from any other...
