on January 4, 2025 at 10:00 PM The employees had a sign upfront that said front line was closed and they bragged about closing the Frontline two hours prior, then gave us attitude when we still put in an online order because that’s all they had available for food and they walked over to us To bring the bag of food over they threw it on the table and walked away and they messed up the order of the person next to us and then got an attitude with them, and us. they were staring at everybody in the store and giving everyone dirty looks and then whenever we went to say something to the manager on duty and ask for better service, refund, or the food to be fixed with the other customer they got even worse attitude. nobody in here should be on shift if they don’t know how to speak to customers respectfully and when under stress or when things don’t work out perfectly, I was a kitchen manager at the chipotle in cranberry on 228 in 2017 for two years and I know that if I closed the front line down due to “understaffing” early (even though i counted 4-5 employees here tonight) i would’ve gotten fired for it so to see everybody in the store treat all the customers with this kind of attitude is absolutely disgusting and it frustrates me that I had to put in so much effort To keep my job and then watch these disrespectful employees treat Customers like garbage Without a worry in the world. Absolutely the worst Chipotle experience – avoid this location. We were literally standing in line at the Chipotle in Robinson Township when we were told we had to order online. No explanation, no signage — just a dismissive attitude from the staff. We wanted a quesadilla (which they clearly had the ingredients for), but were told we couldn’t order it in person, unless it was the kids quesadilla. When we questioned it, the employee made us feel like we were dumb for even asking.
Fine. We ordered online like they demanded — only to have them mess up the order again. They gave us a kid’s menu quesadilla instead of what we actually ordered. To top it off, the food was bland, dry, and cold. Not even worth eating.
This isn’t the first time this location has completely botched our orders. The service is consistently rude, the food is poorly prepared, and the overall experience is just frustrating. I do not recommend this location — or the chain at this point. Do yourself a favor and eat...

Mind you this was 12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We walk in and there were six people working there. Five of them behind the counter in one somewhere hiding in the back. Every table was filthy dirty food on the floor. We had to literally clean the table off to sit there. And when ordering because we were new and I told the girl that we were new. We've never been here. You think they would be more open to help or make suggestions? Crickets... So disappointed in the place. The food was all right. It was but the restaurant was filthy disgusting. Even where you get your straws for your drinks and napkins. Gross!!!!!
