Love this location! Staff is friendly, efficient, and seem to work together well. Our food is always made fresh and perfectly put together. Large portions, sustainable packaging, huge beverage selection. Try the Cajun fries, they're fantastic! Located inside a shopping center so there's free parking on site. Handicapped Accessible. Peanut allergy beware. Fries are fresh cut, cholesterol free, and made with peanut oil. Enjoy complimentary fresh peanuts while you wait for your order. I've gone to several different FG locations but this one is my favorite!

I swear I forget about five guys and then like 5 months pass and I remember how amazing it is. 😂 Burger is great, fries are amazing, and the staff were super friendly! It’s a bit overpriced but if you’re looking at the reviews on a five guys you can probably afford it lol. I got the small fry and it was a LOT so fair warning if you get fries and don’t want a ton. (Also get the Cajun seasoning, it’s like a better Old Bay!)

Good burger with excellent toppings. Everything is fresh, nothing sits around waiting for customers. There was a problem with our order tonight and the staff handled it with sincere apologies and an immediate solution. I love the beverage choices. The machine gives you many choices. Sometimes, I will go just to drink the different sodas (pops in Western PA). If you haven't gone and you like burgers, you are missing out.

Food was ok. Very greasy, running down our hands and chins. Had to go to the restroom after eating to wash up. Tasted good, nice selection of toppings. Major complaint - No where is it posted nor did the people taking the orders mention that a regular burger has 2 very large, ( think 2 quarter pounders, ) patties on an oversized bun plus lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, 3 slices of cheese, and bacon, ( could not open my mouth that wide. Had to deconstruct the burgers and eat the toppings as a salad.). And the regular fries more than half filled a brown lunch bag. Way to much food for us, ended up throwing out at least half the burgers and more than a quarter of the fries, ( we shared the fries .). If you want a regular sized burger and fries you have to order the"little" children's burger and "little" children's fries. We did see them on the menu sign but they were the children's menu, no explanation of the products listed on the sign, never mentioned by the person taking our order even though he heard us discussing that I really didn't want fries and that I would share hubby's and hubby asking the cashier if there would be enough fries to share. (Cashier smiled but never answered.). This was our first time there. Not sure if we are going back. But if we do will only be ordering the "little" burger for each of us and one "little" fry to share even though it is the...

Stopped in this location (North Fayette) on a blustery, snowy Monday evening around 6 and the place was understandably empty due to the nasty weather outside—but this bunch of young employees were busy working and smiling the whole time. I thought they would give us “the look” because we came in on a night we should have stayed home and ruined their fun (not having to deal with the usual flow of hungry customers)—but we were met with all smiles. They young lady working the register greeted us with a big smile and made us feel very welcome and she took our order clearly as if she LOVES her job—how refreshing! All the other team members were busy cooking, scraping and cleaning—but all with a pleasant attitude and good energy. Our burgers were PERFECTION-as usual. The condiments were exactly as we specified and the fries were—well—you know—the BEST—hot, fresh, crispy and so so GOOD! A fizzy diet cola completed this yummy meal. The young people’s attitudes and energy was contagious and made our dining experience that much nicer! Great job Five Guys—you picked a great bunch of folks to represent your business. We will be back again...

Home of one of the best double patty burger chains in the country... I chose to finally visit this establishment when my coworker told me he had never had a coffee milkshake before.

I was on a mission to change his perception on milkshakes once and for all and I knew Five Guys would be up for the challenge.

We arrived famished ready to get a bag overflowing of French fries and two burgers all the way and as I finished the order I looked over at my coworker and smirked as I turned back to the cashier and I say "oh and add two coffee milkshakes..."

The cashier smirks back as he sees my coworkers reaction and I knew it was on! As we eat peanuts and waited patiently for our food and frothy shakes we sat in silence knowing that the feast which awaited us was looming only a few feet away...

And then it arrived in all of its glory! Needless to say we finished everything but the fries (it's impossible to eat the sheer number of fries that five guys gives you!) and we returned to the office ready for our inevitable...
