My first time trying Shake Shack! The brand new one that just opened in Robinson is FIRE. 😍🔥 It absolutely lives up to the hype! The energy of the place is amazing, and the food? Unbelievably good.

Here’s what I tried: Black Truffle 'Shroom Stack: This burger is next level indulgence. The crispy portobello mushroom with the ooey-gooey cheese pull is an absolute game changer. Every bite was perfection! Parmesan Black Truffle Fries: These fries are an elevated masterpiece. The truffle flavor is rich without being overpowering, and the parmesan adds the perfect finishing touch. Extras: Of course, I couldn’t resist grabbing some regular fries (classic Shake Shack goodness) and a couple of extra burger patties. Bonus: Khaos (my Belgian Malinois 🩷) might be the luckiest pup ever to get a patty! (P.S. He approved! 😉✅️)

Shake Shack Robinson has officially set the bar high for fast-casual dining in the area. Everything from the quality of the food to the sleek new location makes this a must-visit. You can see directly into the men’s bathroom and see whoever is at the urinal from a majority of the seating area. The service is okay for being a place where you have to order yourself and put everything in on your own. the only service is someone bringing a tray out and not saying anything to you. You shouldn’t be asked to tip for that. The water station splashes out with pressure too strong and the amount of force you need to use to start the water is so great that it crushes the paper cup you have to use. Lots of things are just not thought out at this restaurant. They sell milkshakes with crushed toppings mixed in but expect you to drink them through a straw that is too small for a milkshake let alone a shake with pieces larger than the straw itself. The burger I got was falling apart as soon as I picked it up. All of the tomatoes, lettuce, the top bun and pickles were on one side of the burger and the other half was just beef and bacon. it resembled a walking taco more than a burger. i will not be returning and i suggest you don’t go here unless you like a unique dining experience like the one...

First, I spent over 10 minutes trying to get the app to work so I can pre-order so it will be ready when I arrive. The app,would not work, when I asked a couple of people at the restaurant the answer. I does work for some people. Not an acceptable answer. Second 1 placed my order for a double shake shack burger with cheese, bacon, & pickles, fries & a shake.

When I arrived home to eat, the burger was a single with cheese, bacon, pickles, lettuce, tomato, sauce, & the shake was so over done it was watery. Not happy that I WASTED almost $23 for nothing, had to throw it away, not the delicious dinner I was expecting.

Third, I tried to call the restaurant for over 1/2 hour. They have the number set to “busy”. I’m guessing they don’t want to hear everyone complain about wrong orders & have to issue refunds or replace it next time. I wa soo excited when they were coming to a location fairly close to me.
