Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Hampton

Pulling in the drive thru.. Cashier handing customer in front of me had iced drink spilling down her arm as she was being passed her drink.The cashier handed her napkins and says "have a great day" as if like ok here's napkins now go.. she did not greet me when i got to window or even when i had completed the purchase and had my order. My order was a Lava Cake iced Sig. Latte and a black pepper bacon egg and cheese on english and the drink was great however the sandwich on the other hand wasn't even cooked, English barely warm let alone toasted, cheese not even really melted and bacon so greasy and thrown on there that it all came out of sandwich and dripped everywhere with my first (hesitant) bite.. No napkins in bag and obv wasn't asked if i needed any as i wasn't even greeted so I will not be going here again if ever back in the area and wouldn't suggest this location to anybody either.. Cashier was more concerned with other Co worker's conversation about somebody with a dog than me at the window or the spill all over the poor woman in front of me. *temp being 1 degree to have an ice drink spilt down your arm really gotta...

Came by just looking for a nice large ice coffee and got much more than I expected. The store was very bright and cheerful and very clean and well kept. The nice young lady that waited on me had a sparkling personality was very polite and attentive to my order and my request and made a great cup of coffee that left me wanting more. I would have to say is one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had in all of my times coming to various Dunkin Donuts stores over the years. Her name was Melissa and she was very outgoing and had a great sparkling personality and was very enjoyable to interact with. She made a fantastic iced coffee just the way I like it. I had ordered a large iced coffee with extra sugar dark roast with a turbo shot. She nailed it! Delicious! I have only been to this location a handful of times over the years but I will continue now to make this a more frequent stop thanks to the excellent service I received here today. This store is a joke. Just went through the drive thru & while the girl was taking our order she was laughing & messing around with her coworker. Asked for no cheese on wraps & a plain untoasted bagel with butter. Had to confirm that the bagel was untoasted multiple times because the girl was distracted by her coworker named Sam. Upon getting our food, my bagel was toasted & there was cheese on the wraps. We asked them to remake it which they did but she was rude. When she came back with the wraps we asked her for the bagel too & she was like “oh you wanted me to remake that too?” Yes??? When I got my bagel it was untoasted but the butter wasn’t spread at all she literally just threw butter on it & handed it to us. It’s not even like it was busy there was literally no one there. If there isn’t already a manager in the store at all times that needs to change because your employees clearly don’t know how to act.
