I thought the Dunkin’ Donuts down by Big Y was pretty bad but wow this one takes first prize. I literally ordered a medium and large iced macchiato with light ice. The employees literally filled it with ice and could not comprehend the basic concept of light ice. Then they hassled me and made like literally a medium half full and the large with less than the half. I said do you see you made the large less than the medium? After a bunch of exhaustive back and forth with the staff who really seem completely ignorant I finally just got the refund. Like really how hard is it to put in light ice ? I am positive when they make their drinks they make it the way they want! But do not expect to be a normal person just ordering a coffee with LITERALLY an EASY REQUEST of light ice to get it they will just give you a bunch of bull crap and smart talk for even daring to pull up and order something that simple. I said I want to talk to the manager she said “thats fine she ain’t here I she won’t care I will talk to her myself”. They need to teach the employees how to do their job even the basics like light ice and certainly not to harass the customer for making coffee decisions it is so ridiculous. I can’t make this up so here is a picture of the medium they gave me (unfortunately I did not take one of the large but it was literally less then the medium) pretty sure they made it this way just to be rude. My son was in the car with me and he was like wow what is wrong with these people how do they not understand that why are they even working…so yeah not kid friendly place either when they are being so obnoxious right in front of your child…This occurred at drive through at about 2:20pm ish on Friday December 13, 2024.
The upside is if you are a person who like being treated like garbage then hey this place will be a perfect place for you to go to and you can get a crappy coffee so for those who enjoy being treated like crap this is a sure...

I travel a lot for work, and this is the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been to in the whole entire state of Connecticut. I come to this location the most most frequent because I’m a resident in North haven. To sum up my experience here: •The staff is the most unfriendly and unhelpful staff I’ve ever encountered. They avoid eye contact at all cost and they never even smile to customers. •God forbid you’re left there standing waiting for something from a mobile order, they do everything to avoid you. •If you do put a mobile order in, I promise you, your items will never be on the to go racks where they should be. They are 100% always on the counter behind the racks or in the drive though area - which defeats the purpose of putting in an order ahead of time to grab. •Other times I’ve just had incorrect orders- I’ve had wake up wraps with cold and. unmelted cheese AND wraps where I’m missing the egg all together. I’ve had cold coffee (when it’s supposed to be hot) and sour milk in my latte. I’ve also had missing items all together with of course zero customer service to fix it.
I could keep going on, but I’ve already wasted enough time on this review; especially because I know it won’t fix any of the fundamental problems at this...
Read moreSunday morning, I order my usual coffee, croissant and five glaze munchkins. The lady who took my order put five donuts. Anyone makes a mistake, be it her or me. Simple, and simple is to rectify what the client wants and not say she said five donuts. But no, instead she starts telling her coworkers that I said donuts 🙄. The guy at the window was kind and asked me to come back the next day for my return, since on Sundays there is no person manager in charge. He asked for my name and I asked for the name of the girl who took my order. She refused to give me her proper name. On Monday I asked to talk to the manager, I explained to her what happened and she did not take importance to the lack of professionalism of her employees. I'm not surprised that she herself lacks customer service, saying that if they gave me the munchkins I had to dedicate the cost, which doesn't matter to me since I don't look for free food, just to be refunded my difference. She starts saying: this is going to be difficult since it was a mistake from yesterday 🙄 which is not my problem they will know what to do. I just want my money back.
