Lol I actually never have had any issues at any mcdonalds or any drive thrus for that matter, and realllllly hate to be a Karen, but this is the 3rd time this has happened at this mcdonalds with two different cards that have ample funds (but the first time staff was rude about and that's why I am leaving a review about it.) One of the staff members and a man who may have been the manager accused me of not paying when I drove up to get my meal. I had to end up paying again at the second window (I called my credit card and I was infact charged twice by this mcdonalds.) I was able to dispute the charge and it really wasn't a big deal, but the woman who said that I didnt pay would not stop saying that I didnt pay instead of just asking me what happened and asking if she could just scan my card instead of making me feel confused. I showed staff the notification on my phone that showed the exact amount and time my card was charged but they didn't seem to care. Even though my card was approved by the reader and the other worker let me know i was all set, there still seemed to be an issue. As someone whos worked in customer service, I know how tough the job & dealing with customers can be, but I feel like blurting out "you didn't pay" and not being even a bit receptive to an error in the technology, card reader, customers card, etc isn't...
Read moreThis location is extremely unprofessional with mobile orders. Me and my boyfriend had placed an order and was picking it up, we had said the number to the woman on the speaker, the order was brought up on the screen and we were told to drive up. When getting to the window all the workers were fumbling around multiple orders and started yelling to us that we needed to state every item in the order before telling us that the number we had matched a different order. The order was placed for the correct location and we gave the correct order number. I had asked if they would be able to just make the food since the order had fully came up on the drive through screen as well as it being for that location and paid for and they refused. We then argued for 40 minutes trying to get them to either issue us a refund or give us the food and they refused to do both. The older male who i believe is the ex husband of the owner and a manager continued to scream saying that we weren't getting anything and that if we continued to try to get a refund or the food then they were going to call the cops. Read moreI just tried calling the store four times and the phone just rings and rings and no one even answers leading me to believe there’s no manager! I ordered a medium unsweetened iced tea and while I was in the drive up I watched The employee with an attitude Put sweet tea in a cup put it off to the side handed me a bag of food and then the drink and I asked him is this unsweetened because that’s what I wanted, not sweet tea. he said Yep and handed it to me I didn’t drink it until I was halfway home, thank God I’m not a diabetic !! I took a big sip of it only to find out it’s sweet tea just like I thought. The arrogance and indifference and attitude for an employee that can’t even get a simple drink correct is really disgusting. You can’t even complain to the manager because they don’t even answer the phone. You do not get this type of service at Chick-fil-A or Wendy’s I can tell you that right now!!
