Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

Horrible costumer service. I went and dined in with my family around 9:00pm. I must've forgot my wristlet on the seat, I didn't notice until the next day when I got home. I immediately got ready and went back to the location, I spoke to a lady that was working the night before. I explained to her what happened and even pointed at where we were seated. She said she'd go in the back and check to see if she sees my wallet. She came back and said she didn't see anything so then I asked her if it was possible for her to run the cameras back to show me leaving with my wallet. Again, she went to the back and then came back out and notified me that she had called her GM and that there was no way of her showing me the footage from the night before because the cameras start over every day. I then left and went to the previous store I was at JUST TO BE SURE. They had absolutely no issue with running the cameras back and showed me all the footage of me in the store up until I walked out where you could clearly see my wallet/ wristlet in my hand. I came home and filed a police report because not only was it an expensive Louis Vuitton wristlet but it also had over $450 in it. I kept calling them they never answered the phone. I then returned to the location and there was another manager on shift, he was a younger guy who said he was new to all this and didn't really know what to do but that he would give my information to his GM. He wrote my number and name down. The next day came and did they ever care to call? OF COURSE NOT. I waited around for a phone call so finally then I called them, after like 6xs they answered and I asked to speak to the manager. They left me on hold for a while and finally she answers. She was being so short and pretty much telling me there was nothing she could do about the cameras but that she would call her tech manager (as she called them) and that she would call me right back. Again, never called. Unreal. It's obvious they must've had something to do with it. How is it so hard to just show me footage of me leaving the location with my wallet? I don't wish this upon anybody. And I will never dine...

If I can give Blaze a 0 star today I would. It's 3pm, September 20, 2023. Raining very hard outside. We come in and instead of being greeted or even acknowledged when we approach the counter, we had a male STAFF member ask us if we can record him running outside in the rain. The female staff looked at us at the counter ( Ignored us ) and started to record her coworker. We waited for a good 3 minutes before they started to get us going with our order. We were really thinking about leaving at that point. Unfortunately, we stayed and gave Blaze a chance since we were wanting it at the moment. --- I wish I had more photos, but wow, it really was just shocking going down the counter choosing toppings in that moment. The cutting board was FILTHY. The Sauces were mixed together, marinara in the alfredo etc etc. Everything was just a mess. It gets worse, they had the same glove from start to finish. Minced garlic juice all in the DRY salt and oregano, mushrooms touching the spinach, sausages touching the VEGAN CHEESE.. All I can say is if you have allergies, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Went to place order a pizza before I went to work. The staff that was there was laughing and joking around and just taking their time about servicing customers. I had one person in front of me and it took them 12 minutes to take my order. I ordered a simple pie. I paid for my pizza and waited. When it came out, the pizza had a big hole in it. I asked the young lady why the pizza had a hole in it and her response was because I have to make you another one. I explain to her I didn’t have time to wait for another pizza and to just give me the simple pie.
