Panera Bread — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I got very bad service today when I walked into this Panera Bread to pick up an order. The girls behind the counter preparing the orders were very rude and had bad attitudes for no apparent reason. They did not greet me at all. No welcome in, no be right with you, not even a hi. It was even more weird because there was a lady in front of me that was greeted and helped immediately. I was standing directly behind her when she was handed her order. The girl that handed off the order tried to act like she didn’t see me smh. She ignored me and turned right around as if I wasn’t standing there. The other girl behind the counter looked right at me and didn’t say anything either. I didn’t get upset because I’m used to bad service and people being weird in Las Vegas. I didn’t say anything and just stood there to see how long it would take for someone that worked there to acknowledge me. Finally, after about 5-7 minutes of me standing there a nice lady that was on the floor asked me if I had been helped. I told her no. She immediately made the workers behind the counter get my order. She saw that the workers were being rude, unprofessional and weird. So much so that she said, “sorry about that”. I replied, it’s all good. Because like I said, I’m used to workers being unprofessional, rude and weird in Las Vegas. If it wasn’t for the really nice lady and seemingly only professional person working in there it’s no telling how long I would’ve been standing there. The service was terrible here and it always smells like burnt bread when I walk in. If it wasn’t for that one lady that works there I would have given the service...

Went back in today for my usual! My cashier was Maria ! Sha was absolutely awesome! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I wanted the brownie as my dessert today! And she made it happen! She found the last one. 😊 Thanks again Maria for great service! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Went in today for lunch. When I got up to the counter, I was greeted by Mickale ! She was very friendly, helpful and nice! I didn't know what to order. But, I had a picture of what I wanted to try. She knew exactly what sandwich it was! So, I ordered the chicken cordon blue melt! And I always get a brownie , vanilla cinnamon roll ,bag of chips and a drink! I know l'm greedy! 🤣😂😭😅 While waiting on my food. I noticed, Mickale was doing everything! She was running orders outside, ringing up orders, filing up the napkin holders, putting more straws out , wiping down the drink station, putting orders together! And when my food was ready, she brought over my brownie & cinnamon roll. The food was hot and delicious! The restaurant was clean and well organized ! Thanks Mickale for being so kind and pleasant! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Keep up the awesome work! 👍🏾👍🏾 (January 3rd, 2024) I went today for a late lunch . The entrance was dirty, the floor was dirty, food wrappers were still on 4 tables and it wasn't busy! I had the chicken cordon blue, Oatmeal cookies, chocolate chip cookie and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was awful! It was hard and didn't taste good! I threw it out! Bring back the old cinnamon roll!But, everything else was fine. Please do better with keeping the restaurant...

I've been to this panera twice now ordered thru at the drive thru.. the print on the menu is in very small print hard to read & both visit I was asked to park in front & wait for my food longer then 40 mins very lengthy time for a drive thru order for 3 people.. i had to go inside & ask how much longer & was treated with disdain as if I was bothering them for asking what happened to my order?? The second time, I had to wait 15 mins. Both visits were well after rush hour.. they weren't busy.. no one in the drive thru til we pulled up.. I dont understand why so long?? no customers inside.. after i placed my order, 2 cars pulled behind me.. plus no one else was asked to pull to the front & wait.. short staffed is 2 or 3 workers inside.. both times, they had 5 or more workers... so make it make sense to me??!! not coming bk to this penare... But ur penare in at 7890 W Tropical Pkwy, Las Vegas, NV 89149 is WAY better.. always have my order right.. very nice polite & patient.. & have a drive thru as well. I've never been asked to wait in front.. while everyone else gets their food & drives away... & they were busy inside with customers as well, soooo!!! Yeah !!! (FYI to the management I'm sure u have video footage of both visit) i say this so if u really want to know ill give u the dates of both visits & u will see its not a lie.. nothing but facts... I love penare always have & always will but this penare needs serious help wit...
