Haven't gone to Port of Subs in years but it was suggested so why not? Downloaded the app and ordered. It was pretty late...order was ready about twenty minutes till close. The place was dead and they were still making the order, so awesome...should be good. Well...the service was. The staff was cleaning and doing pre-close but were great. That's where the two stars comes from. The food? You gotta be kidding me. A turkey and salami and so little meat it was literally undetectable. What was there was so thinly sliced, the flavor was cut out. The other was a pastrami with double meat. Yeah...there was plenty. That was given nicely. I wish it had flavor. It had a texture. It had a temperature. It had no flavor. Not trying to get product or anything but something my wife ate came back up. Absolutely horrible experience. Read moreThe girl that works the night shift is rude and definitely needs to be trained on service. Although I wasn't a paying customer.... yet. My wife and I were outside waiting for my son to finish his corn dog from nextdoor before heading into Port of Subs to order our food to go.
My son's corn dog fell apart so my wife checked Cruncheez and they didn't have forks. She walked into Port of Subs to ask if they had a plastic fork and the girl working there stated in an unfriendly tone "only for customers."
Literally cannot spare 2 cent piece of plastic for a 10 year that needs a fork. We definitely didn't go in and order after that. If you're not willing to be courteous in any way, you definitely don't deserve my business.
Afterwards, I could clearly see the workers inside talking about it and laughing.

Read moreThis is the worst ran Port of Subs I have ever dealt with. Every time I have gone into this location (multiple times) the staff (which is understaffed) is in the middle of HUGE call in order or catering order and instead of having 1 employee help the people waiting in line (usually 6 or more) in the store the just ignore the people standing there without even acknowledging they're there, continue to fill the order. Most of the time the people are so frustrated that they're on their phones doing something else since while just standing there without anyone helping us. Then by the time they get to the people that have taken the time to come in person they are out of bread and can not take your order! Seriously what kind of management sets up the store to...
