Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in North Las Vegas

I went to this location and I’ve never had a problem until today. I was in the middle lane and then two cars went on the left and right lane, there was multiple cars and wait over 20 mins. As my lane was getting close to order the car on the left (we were all ready to merge into one lane) wanted to cut in front of me then proceeded to honk, I honk back since it was my turn. I got close to the car in front of me but not to the point of hitting them. The lady in the front comes out of her car and starts complaining of why I honked and that I got super close when I explained why. She proceeded to get in her car and order, then I see her point back at my car and then when it was my turn to order, two employees come out, one tells me that “next time, the lanes goes as 1,2,3 and go to the shortest lane” then I tell her “so it’s not first come first serve?” She said “no it goes 1,2,3 to make it go faster”. So I’ll be skipped? No, im not waiting in line for 20 mins (since they are slow) then have someone just pulled up and get their drink first. Once I ordered, I paid for 7 drinks and as I’m waiting at the window I received a few dirty stares from the employees. Wont be back at this slow location. I never leave reviews but this experience...

Last update: may 13th- Im done coming here. My order is consistently wrong and it is no longer worth the price. Taking my business to Human Bean or Starbucks that aren't much further away.

Second update 4/25: Every time I come here the drinks get worse. This time I was watching my drinks get made, and it was almost no syrup being put in. Sure enough almost no flavor once I got my drink. Definitely not the normal color it should be either. I am done coming here. People are friendly but that is not enough for the poor quality drinks.

Update 1/25: I decided to give this location a chance again. It is hit or miss every time I go. Great drinks or not so great. But the line does move really quickly for being 3 lanes.

11/24: I've been here a few times now. Out of all the locations I have been to, I feel like this one is trying to cut costs or something. My entire cup is filled with ice and by the time it melts to a reasonable level, my tea is so diluted that there is only a hint of flavor. I love the service but something with the drink making...

Great coffee, juices and teas. My favorite so far is the hot banana and chocolate coffee with whipped cream. They give you a variety of creams and milk to choose from such as Almond, Oat, Sweet Cream and more. They have become extremely popular and there is generally a line at any of the locations I have been to or passed by. I've only seen drive-thru and outside window service. Usually with the lines they provide by car order takers to provide you with faster accuracy in service. I'm looking forward to getting the blackberry juice on my next encounter. You can order your drinks as 🥶 cold or hot 🔥. Whatever your preference is. Their menu has a wide variety of combinations they provide. All the employees have been cheerful and accurate. The police department has also been seen on many occasions in the lines waiting for that awesome drink. The coffee is as good with more choices and much less expensive than Starbucks. It's ...
